That's Nerd Juice, right?I'm So sorry the mountain dew in Canada is no Caffeine
Technically I think Jolt Cola would be actual nerd juice; I love that shit lol. That's Nerd Juice, right?
I don't drink pop, so no affect on me.
Good to see you back mate. I agree with your observations. Instead of assholes I think everyone is a c$nt. Two types. Good c$nt and shit c$nt. You given up on the wiggles? Wow you don't know what you're missing ut on, another line up change. Another chance for me learn another variation of hot potato. Who would thought it. I used to love going to punk concerts back in the day, alas time has passed me by on that one. Now I'm happy for an early night. Early starts pouring commercial concrete will do that to you.I look like the typical Alberta redneck: nothing like a bodybuilder, but thick from a life of manual work; over 6 feet tall; shaved head; dress in cargo pants and the pockets are usually full of goodies that come in handy in the bush.
People are often surprised when we speak. My vocabulary and subject matter are not typical Alberta redneck.
I love the sport of MMA(though not the business side, nor many of the lowlifes involved) and I listen to ska and jazz among many other genres. (Fortunately, I am no longer exposed to the Wiggles. )
As for people, I generally divide the populace into two groups: you are an asshole or you are not an asshole. I don't care about your skin tone, your religion, who you sleep with (assuming consent on both sides) or any other irrelevancies. You are an asshole, or you are not an asshole.
My kid grew out of them back before they were a franchise, when it was the original bunch. (If you haven't seen the parody of them on 30 Rock, you are missing out btw)You given up on the wiggles? Wow you don't know what you're missing ut on, another line up change.

(Thanks to you and the others who left a kind word.)
A punk at heart still.Punk and building your own Rods! Sweet!
The vid I posted is just the closing credits, but they appear throughout the episode. It is very twisted.I'll check out the parody.
Lol yeah I don't vote and enjoy the woods quite a bit! We have a fishing thread on here, I'd love to hear about the materials you use. I'm a big fan of S-Glass myself.Still

Anti government, anti society. Just happy to be left alone up at the bush growing my veggies blueberries and other fruit trees.
No political persuasions, they all exist to rule you and I just want to enjoy life and teaching my kids about life and watching them grow. Happy being there, no internet phone reception nothing. Just nature. The quiet life I'm happy for now
Last one I made nearly 20 years ago was an ugly stick blank with Fuji guides. I'll find a photo.Lol yeah I don't vote and enjoy the woods quite a bit! We have a fishing thread on here, I'd love to hear about the materials you use. I'm a big fan of S-Glass myself.
I've watched people building a Rod before and currently I don't have time to try, and I'm not sure my OCD would calm down enough to actually believe the guides were lined up right, but it's one of those art forms I appreciate. I actually talked to a Rod builder at one point because I was thinking I'd never find exactly what I wanted, because the way I fish, I like some back bone, but I REALLY like flexibility without snapping, and I couldn't make up my mind on E-Glass or S-Glass, and eventually I went with a Big Cat Fever Rod which, I admit is my favorite. Aluminum reel seat which is sweet, and being on a budget I want the Rod to be usable for just about anything, so no matter if it's a Catfish or a Sturgeon, I should, SHOULD be able to land it LOL.Last one I made nearly 20 years ago was an ugly stick blank with Fuji guides. River myself so I can relate to pouring concrete it's truly an art form in itself especially color & stamping stuff some of the machine pours pretty tricky tooI use to box alot when I was younger, i, want to get back in for fitness and lift weights again
Itll Help keep me young enough to run after the tin lids. Use to fish alot but not so much with little ones. Loved camping and.fishing. as they get older I can revisit it. I love reading books, generally history and nowadays about the Commonwealth of Australia and the trickery involved to have us where we are. Love listening to classical music. If you saw me in real life you'd do a double take 100kg+ thick build short haired tattooed red head male listening to classical music (symphony orchestra) Louis Armstrong Roy orbison, miles Davis etc on-site while pouring concrete. Either that or the wiggles lol
Love documentaries anything that gets brain going. Love star gazing at night. Often looking to the stars and pondering, what's out there, the meaning of life, what the future holds for my kids.
Love throwing hard body lures and spinners in rivers and lakes. Great collection thereI'm waiting on a new prosthetic leg to get made but completed my ultralight box going through a divorce so I'm gonna have time for a few of the finer things in life I've got a friend up north that made me a 7'2" salmon spinning rod on a lamiglas black salt blank with carbon fiber handles & special guides

Scrolling thru I see we all have quite a few common interests..Maybe that's why this group works so well..I absolutely love fishing.. Living near Lake Erie has been a complete blessing in my life my whole life..Everyone is Killing the walleye as we speak ..great time of year for big wally burgers..I'm a heavy equipment operator and spend alot of time on a barge dredging..My down time is spent with my wife..20 yrs younger than I..keeps me busy to say the least..The time spent before sleep almost every night is doing research online..My wife is always laughing that I have yrs of worthless knowledge stored away in my mind..My main focus tho is cannabis study and everything related..I study breeders..the strains they make..I head in deep to any strain that catches my eye...I buy seeds based on days and days of research sometimes to just never even get to them..I check out other states laws and cannabis politics.. Mentoring some of the younger generation thru "plant problems" has always been very satisfying to me..My dream is to be legally financially stable from the cannabis plant in one way shape or form.. Breeding..chucking.. crossing plants is something that never seems to leave my mind..My mind lofts away while I work (I get in a zone ..operating equipment is second nature) I think of the possibility and results of crossing this and that and the time it would take to stabilize..So on and so fourth..Time just drifts by...The only thing I haven't figured out is how to take the step away from the equipment and into the cannabis world..Maybe one day..
the local punk/metal record shop still carries it in a fridge behind the counter. They had a whole bunch of different flavors last time I was in. Havent drank it since my youth, but i'm happy to know its still being carried. Guess even with abhorrent amounts of caffeine means you can still be straightedge lmaoTechnically I think Jolt Cola would be actual nerd juice; I love that shit lol.
There was a store here still selling it for a while but it's gone now.
