Picked up this boat friday small enough for me to handle solo with my prosthetic leg this is the longest I've been without a boat in awhile it's a 12ft gregor with 15 hp yamaha 4 stroke which I plan to swap the carbeuretor out for the larger 20-25 hp carbeuretor this is a drop in $80 swap I'm pretty stoked View attachment 125722 View attachment 125723 View attachment 125724
Friggin love it mang, way better than the kayak I get out on. All about what'll get ya on the water, and some fish on the line.

I've been tinkering with this cap& ball revolver for awhile trying to get it to shoot reliable with black powder & percussion caps it shot well had good accuracy & power just a lot of misfires I ended up converting it over to take 45 colt cartriges since installing the new cylinder I have yet to experience a misfire the new cylinder is on the left & is stainless each chamber has it's own firing pin both the pistol & cylinder are mail order items requiring no paperwork 20220716_121338.jpg 20220716_121412.jpg

L

or a warn winch on a telephone pole lol

I actually use the Father in Law's down rigger canon balls to set my drag on my heavier gear (the 10 pounders work good as a middle ground for my "Strike" setting, and then I'm not actually sure what Full or Sunset currently pull cause I haven't tried yet LOL) but it's a good way to keep drag settings just right :)

I don't think 6 pounds is enough to hold one down, but if they're a bad swimmer maybe lol.

I guess there ain't much call for a v-8 these days lol

If you were trying to date me there is LOL.

OK to I have to say what happened yesterday when the Wife and I ran to the store because I think it's funny:

We came out of the store, and we're getting in the car, and an older dude rolls up to the store in a ..... Trans Am ? I can't tell really but anyway, so, he rolls up, and as he puts it in park he revs the engine hard, and shuts the car off, and I'm sitting there and said "Damn man save some pussy for the rest of us!" and the Wife about pissed herself laughing.

All jokes aside I personally prefer a V8 to just about anything else. The sound a V8 makes.... I LOVE that sound. You put a 454 in a car and hand me the keys, I'm going for some fun LOL, I LOVE that noise. It's like hearing a bait clicker go off on one of my conventional reels; The sounds makes me giddy like a school girl.
