Fuckers fined me $1200 once for a folding chair leaning against a wall in a passageway....I don't think OSHA would approve that ladder LOL
Your ladder needs crutches, screw a 2x to the outside, good as newish!
hahah that was the home owners ladder. We couldn't reach the 30' with our gorilla ladder on hand, and debated using that to get the job done. needless to say, we'll be back tuesday. hahah It was sketchy, and we both HATE heights.Your ladder needs crutches, screw a 2x to the outside, good as newish!

That's a great idea. I hate when I don't have any soil ready to plant and then quickly mix some and wait etc. I'm right there with ya ??My cloner went from 36 cuts down to 4. Didn't expect them to all blow up at once. So, I'll drop everything and whip up 15 gallons of organic starting soil. I will need to start more organic super soil next month.
I think that I should build a large tumbling composter this Spring because I'm using everything up by the time the next batch is ready. It would be advantageous, having an extra 100 gallons of finished soil at the ready.
Made this the other day, just messing around with wood stain and epoxy resin. It's pretty dang shiny, hard to capture in picture. View attachment 158157 View attachment 158158 View attachment 158160
I used to install those lintels you're working on right there. Was always fun working with the brick guys to figure out how level we had to get our shit and how much they can fix with grout. When you get to the 10+ feet long ones, they get a lil heavyA long pull today laying with an apprentice. View attachment 159752
Laying brick is kinda like nascar. 'Round and 'round and 'round.
Right on Dino. I thought I remembered you being an iron worker from riu days. Yeah, we try to strap everything we can, but I've had to muscle some heavy shit. My body is wrecked from it.I used to install those lintels you're working on right there. That's awesome. Brick laying always impresses me. I've never done it, but knowing what little I know about being square and level, that stuff looks like an artform.A long pull today laying with an apprentice.

Thanks Mim! There is definitely a little finesse involved. I love working with my hands and I love that the stuff I build will be here long after I'm gone. That's awesome.
