I use 100 gallon smart pots. Same soil for 5 years straight. When I find earth worms, I toss them in. Every year I add a handful of bio live, earth worm castings, and bio char. I spray with mammoth P cannacontrol and let nature do the rest. Terp heaven. I got dank in jars from 2018 and it still smells the same. So grateful I can produce my own with no worries.

Will worm castings make a huge difference if I'm running a already heavily composted bag soil??

I see alot of you guys run worm castings into pre-amended soils, and I feel like I need to now haha
Not all worm castings are created equal and the same can be said for compost.
If you've got good compost, adding worm castings is fine but more organic matter will retain more water so you've gotta be careful.

If you've got good compost, your soil is fine.

That is a very valid point . I learnt the hard way , particularly in winter when excessive organic matter caused basically water logged soil . Took me a little time to work out why the soil was always too wet
