2 eggs
1/4 C milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbl sugar or honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix well

No glumps?

Dip bread both sides and fry in butter browning both sides.

I'm not a big fan. I like sweet or savory, rarely both together.
