@Psychobilly Please be very careful with those “energy“ drinks bro! I knew a guy that had his second heart attack from that stuff at the tender age of 27!
And in case ya hadn’t noticed…. We care!❤️
When I worked at Pepsi , I would drink 2 sobe no fears and a Starbucks doubleshot before heading out on my route. I had to cut them out because of heart palpitations and severe indigestion. I felt a lot better just having a coffee ☕️.

My foreman drinks a case of Monsters a week, while smoking a pack of spirits a day. I keep trying to get him to just drink a damn coffee but those energy drinks are as addictive as the cigarettes apparently.

Also I absolutely hate the smell lol. His work truck smells like an ashtray full of stale candy.

I know they can do some damage and I do appreciate the concern.

I used to drink a lot of them, and Coffee (Computer Science Major's Wheaties) lol but nah bro I'm 40 now haha; I drink one in the morning, or have Coffee, though sometimes I've had a Monster and a small Coffee, but then I'm done. I don't think I've gotten palpitations before, probably from a tolerance built up in college, but the low sugar attack chance from too much, totally blocks me thinking about drinking more. Like I've tried 2 a day and getting all shaky like, nah man lol.

My moms hooked it up. Goetta bacon w their English muffins (?) and an over easy egg. Fkn kills McD’s. The bacon isn’t all dripping greasy like regular bacon my mom even mentioned it. Again big shoutout to brothers @Bodean and @Deebs you guys Fkn rock. Taste of Cincinnati baby!
Awesome, glad you liked it man. ? Hoping it wasn't rough on your stomach.

Finally found bulgar wheat after losing my source during the pandemic, and pretty happy about it. Eating a bowl right now.

I add dehydrated veggies and spices to a cup of bulgar. I put it in a small thermos bottle and fill with boiling water. Fifteen minutes later, a tasty and nutritious brekky.

Goofy thing was it was in the International Foods aisle.
I live in farm country. There are many tonnes of wheat grown all around me. I should not have to go "international" to get bulgar. :snoop:

Im not surprised honestly, at least in the states most bulgar is used in mediterranean and middle eastern dishes. Even if its made domestically it ends up in the "international" aisle because the store assumes anyone looking for it will be looking to make "international" recipes. Of course if theyre actually importing the bulgar from another country thats a whole separate thing.

Also, I dont know if you know this already, but as a heads up, bulgar is actually just parboiled wheat berries. If you can find wheat berries or cracked wheat you can essentially make your own bulgar, just takes a little longer obviously. I couldnt find it either for a while and really wanted to make tabouleh so I went down the rabbit hole.

What you didn't cheat and just use cous cous lol. The first time I had it with bulgar was mind blowingly good. I don't blame you for the rabbithole.

I hadn't ever looked into how it is made, so you have educated me. Thanks, man.

I may actually look into it, as I prefer a more coarse consistency than I can usually find. I used to get a coarser bulgar in the bulk aisle, but the pandemic ended bulk aisles, at least at that store.
