Pizza Friday lol...someone ( I can't remember who and to high to search) about the ooni. The 16 is awesome! I'll never buy pizza again. Here in this communist state of CA 4 pizzas of questionable quality would be about $80-$160. I just made 4 for $20. With %100 better flavor. Not to upset the useful idiots but 🖕to the people who ( and who vote for them) that are making the prices so high and quality folks move away.

Last night I made some baby back ribs, home made buttermilk cornbread etc…

Tonight we spun the leftovers into baby back quesadillas, and ran the cornbread with some sour cream, pico, and pickled red onions. This stuff is slapping and it’s crazy how good the bbq leftovers lend themselves to some Mexican influence.
