2 days ago chefs plate was a middle eastern beef bowl...and this is about the 3rd one that had the same flavor idea.

So I have a giant jar of schwarma spice now. And if you do garlic lemon mayo...man its like falafal or schwarma EVERY TIME.

1 clove garlic 4 oz of mayo half a lemon = the sauce

dill pikles, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, chicken or beef in the scwarma spice, a pita and its Old GS Schwarma Shop.

ITs like warma with an sh.

And its probably my favorite street food of ALL time. I could eat them every day but variety is kinda nice.

How much watermelon flavor actually gets into the chicken? Or is it just for moisture? I'm not sure how I feel about my chicken tasting like watermelon, but I feel like I'm gonna have to find out
You spice the cavity and the chicken with whatever you like and thats what it will generally taste like...keeps it real moist and makes the absolute best chicken salad...I will always do one extra just for that.
