So the Filet Mignon, how was it? one of my favorites!

I only eat filet mignon. Maybe a prime rub, depending on location. I eat very well. Electrician comes Saturday to install an outdoor power outlet. My pellet smoker uses a PID and needs power to run.
THEN the packer brisket is gonna be cooked! Also I'll toss in some fresh sausages (polish kelibasa, brats) also.

You know, in addition to being adorable and wiggling until something fits in the mouth, I saw a video with a dude here in Michigan that had one of these Gulper Catfish, and he had it in a tank with a Tiger Fish, and apparently it tried eating that too.... LOL. Imagine that huh?



Catfish half it's size like "Well you fit...." hahaha.

I find a sheetpan and parchment 400 for 23 minutes works PERFECTLY

oh i like doing a variety pizza...
My wife has gut issues so i fry the mushrooms first....and no washing...dust them off with a towel....fry bacon...remove...fry mushrooms in bacon grease...

Drain...

Canadian pizza is.... bacon..mushroom...green peppers...and ham...i veered in places....wife loves olives i like hot pepper rings..

I think i am starving..

New power outlet is installed for the smoker. I leave for Florida in a few weeks, so the brisket is gonna have to wait. @Psychobilly , your gonna have to wait until just before july.

I've never even caught a tarpon. I don't think they are good eating iirc.

Grouper, flounder, scallops, crab, mahi mahi, swordfish, snapper, are the main staples from what I remember. Oh, and the place that used stingray plugs (cookie cutter shapes from a stingray's wing) in place of scallops. They got busted.
