You 1000% cannot judge your child for ketchup on a hotdog if you put it on eggs sir. My fiancee smothers eggs and mac n cheese in ketchup. It makes me want to leave the room

Ketchup on Mac n Cheese ?? That's a different kind of confusion. I've put..... I can't remember exactly what it's called because I haven't had any in a while, but it's a German "Meat sauce" I used to grab, and it's a lot like Soy Sauce.... Anyway I used to add that to Mac n Cheese which was pretty good.

You seriously haven't ever gone for some Ketchup on a piece of toast with an egg cooked over easy ? The fatty Yolk and the tang of Ketchup is pretty nice really. I also am OK with it on a Burger, though generally I'll go straight Mustard and raw Onion with Pickles for that.

I had a buddy in high school who would DOUSE his mac n cheese with ranch and ketchup. It was so gross. He also ate it with his mouth open which most definitely didn't help matters. If he even mentioned making mac n cheese when I was at his house it was time to bounce LMAO

Dude, same! I had this one friend who would make a box of kraft and add so much ketchup and ranch (or french dressing, which is basically the same thing) it would turn pink. Absolutely awful. My fiancee isnt that bad, but I think I have PTSD from the highschool friend lol

Absolutely not haha. Way too sweet for me to put it on something as mild flavored as an egg. My buddy turned me onto mustard on an egg sandwich which was actually pretty solid but typically its hot sauce or nothing for me. Unless you count butter as a condiment.

The Yolk coats the tongue with fat though, so a lot of the sweet parts don't register. But yea, Hot Sauce too

Step 2 of the pork belly is done. Step 3 (cube and sauced and heated) will be tomorrow. I did sneak a little taste test while it is cooling. Mmmmmmmmmm

We picked up our second CSA portion today.
One item, Napa cabbage, I never heard of it, made it for dinner, it was outstanding.
We also picked 8-9 pounds of strawberries, then made jelly.
Froze a bunch more all mashed, measured,ready to make into jelly or sauce.
Also boxed some up, for her ma, and old aunty.

I never saw the e under your handle before, made me LOL, and spew coffee!
A small package of loose pork sausage, about 150 grams, half a garlic bulb, olive oil, diced onion, started that in a pan, while I sliced up the very delicious napa cabbage, then added some oregano, lemon basil, sirrachca sauce, soy sauce.
I also made a pot of jasmine rice, olive oil, fresh chopped chives, as a side dish.
An easy 20 minute meal, as my wife showered up for band practice last night.
Not being a social media, type oldie, I did not snap any photos of us stuffing face, sorry, LOL!

Checking out the menu I quickly locked onto American T Bone .
Righto knowing you Americano,s love your steak probably more than most nations surely it’s worth a nosh . Was bloody nice . I was expecting a plate overhanging lump of meat but that’s ok . No big deal . Must be the bitey sauce that gives it its name . Was like a soy bourbon type sauce . Like my terp profiling I’m probably way off the mark with it’s ingredients .
