Made some dough using a basic recipe and the double 0. Added some garlic powder and onion powder. Came out great. One is pepperoni/salami, the other is jalapeño, pineapple, onion and a garlic butter sauce. Both have provolone and mozzarella blend.

Didn't grab pics beforehand. Spare ribs. 5hrs on the grill. Downside to this cut is the extra peices (spare peices) that would be cut off to make a rack (from what I read) have big white/clear tendons (I'm guessing that's what they are), so I just pulled it all.
And a red kiwi for desert 20231119_160108.jpg 20231119_160434.jpg 20231119_161812.jpg 20231119_170743.jpg 20231119_171411.jpg

Yes sir! It's always good. I rarely eat out any more. Only when I'm tired and lazy. For my family of 3 to eat at McDonald's, it's nearly 40.00 (maybe a tad more now since #1 big Mac meals are almost 15.00). I can get 1lb raw shrimp (cleaned, deveined), and 2x filet mignon (1lb total), a head of Broccoli, and 2 russet for baked pots, for cheaper than McDonald's.

Oh bro I know. Popeye's is the main love I have for fast food that's still cheap; those sandwiches are still decently priced, and good enough to eat, but most fast food isn't worth it anymore.

I like the list comparing what could get for less lol. Shit even grocery store Chicken is cheaper, and likely more cost effective.

We went to my Mom's house yesterday. Aunt and one of my Uncle's showed up too, and we brought weed and some edibles. The Aunt who came over, was given a 50 MG edible, and so was my Uncle, which, hilarity ensued. Then I .... Ate a plate of full of Ham. A Dearborn Ham. They're delicious. I would love to say "Oh no, I didn't go outside with the Wife and smoke one just to make the munchies hit harder so I could refill my plate with Ham 3 times...." But no, I totally did. Then I picked at the Turkey.

I wore my National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation sweater, and Socks (big knot ball of Lights on the socks with the quote from the movie) Oldest kid wore Nightmare before Christmas Sweater, youngest went with a Bobs Burger's theme sweater, and the Wife wore a Christmas Story sweater with "Fragile" earings to match the lamp... :)

Smoked two King Sized Zig Zags of Fiona's Chem Cake, back to back, because after the Ham and Turkey my stomach was hurting. What did I do after that ? Well then I had the munchies again, so, a bit more Turkey and Ham before bed LOL.

This was Thanksgiving dinner. With the unfortunate passing of my grandpa, my mom was in town from New Jersey, so we were extremely fortunate to host her and her husband for Thanksgiving dinner. She is gluten sensitive, so we spent a little extra to get everything gluten free. Spiral cut ham, I hand made the stuffing from gluten free bread, candied sweet potatoes and my daughter made my grandmas corn casserole, my favorite! My girlfriend also hand made a gluten free pumpkin roll for them to take back home with them. IMG_2168.jpeg
Yesterday, the girlfriend cooked the ham bone down and made a delicious ham and potato soup!! It tastes like a corn chowder just not as salty!

This was my second thanksgiving from friday night. I did a boneless rolled turkey breast, made a shallot and white wine gravy, homemade yukon gold mashed. The stuffing is just Bell's boxed (think that may be another New England only thing?? Its made here in MA) and green bean casserole. Thanksgiving is the one holiday where Im a sucker for the packaged stuff. 20231124_184146.jpg

Since I had no carcass this year I got 3 lbs of drumsticks and made soup for dinner tonight. Also gonna make squash soup ... causr I got high and forgot to make the squash with dinner so its still sitting in my fridge 🤣
