I'm on a fucking roll... almost no takeout lately. Kinda proud of that, cause I have to admit it's usually me that suggests it lol.... smoke a couple bones after work and just want some buffalo wings

Ginger beef lo mein with sesame ginger, and Makrut leaf slaw (I wound up with a ton of ginger, trying to use it up)

We have a new take out place called Mother Cluckers... this sammy was called the Four Two Zero (it took me an embarrassingly long time to put that together).... it's a fried chicken sandwich with Mac N cheese, fries, bacon, caramelized onions and BBQ sauce on it, and it came with some seriously spicy crinkle cut fries... I'm a happy man. I'll be healthy tomorrow... p 20210129_200413.jpg ossibly.

Well when there's a Blizard...I can always make a pizza without leaving the house....Pepperoni, black olives, artichoke's cooked for 10 min...buried under a bunch of Chedar Mozzarellla mix and put back in for 10min....

That looks mighty tasty man! I had the same thought... pile of snow outside, make a bunch of food. I made a pair of curries...Thai beef curry and a cauliflower and green beans

fried rice : bottom round steak (chopped and 4 table spoons of garlic and black pepper)

veggies : celery , carrots diced ,( 6 )yellow onions , (6 )75 cents each worth of green onion , mushrooms , baby Bok choy

rice (instead of water when making , pork broth )


Tip is dont use oils as a lube or oil on the bbq. You wanna burn it a little (timing is key )first coook the veggies for 3-6 minutes and two flips

than add your “quicker to cook veggies like green onions “ + the rice , move the veggies onto half the grill side so the rice can have a lot of coverage to cook

than flip the rice every 5 minutes twice before adding your final thing ... the meat
Mix the rice and veggies and stir the bottom of them with all of it so you don’t over burn. . Since it’s steak vs chicken or pork . No heat requirements

after a 3 min cook and w/e ur desires of meat for steak is ( I like it barely cooked )
Final step before putting everything together is fully mixing the steak on the grill with the rice and veggies

bam you got 15-25 meals worth and cost ya less than 30 bucks to make.
I add all my misc sauces and oils or w/e do everyone is happy and it’s custom to evry

shouts to @Meatman for the meat suggestion cause that’s def the best for your bucks on this kind of meat usage and flavor. Hell yes on that suggestion! 1.99 a pound when I was at the grocery

a lot of the time I even do pork butt or additional nice thing is some shrimp or even have battered chicken like organge chicken/general chicken is ( cook That in the foodie )

in the summer I try to make this dish once a week, if someone doesn’t want any. i guess np to make something differnet that day. But it will still be a nightly Snack and I know every single time I make this dish. I never throw any away.
