Ok how hot do you like to dab? I personally believe everything I read on the internet and I set mine at 442 after a dream car I love and might acquire some day and an article I read about optimal temp for medical purposes. I cat quote but read 430 is best all around to get the most from the terps and other cannabinoids. But gotta admit it is a desirable flavor profile also. Let the discussion begin and please forgive me if its already been discussed like over watering your plants. ??

Wow I thought I would hear more under 500 lol I like the flavors more than anything and need to start curing my rosin. Don't get me wrong I love the high as and relief as well but how high do u get after a dab if thats your method of choice but I get higher off a joint at times.

I was not really serious, I like cold starts . Terps are good ??. To be honest I use this grab straw more than anything. And even if it’s a little hot I get really really good taste from it

I go by the heat the banger and hold my hand by it like testing a grill mehod. I tend to take them colder though. I would rather leave some than burn my throat.

Depending on the material somewheres around 525. E-nails tend to get a bit hotter than the digital display. Quartz cools off too quickly, 525 in a Puffco Peak Pro is just righttttt

I use several different bangers and run diffent temps for each. For rosin- The Terp Slurper is by far my & favorite gets 515-540°, the thermal banger goes to 650°exterior temp, the cheap OOZE quartz bangers go to 500° for small dabs, 550° for head pounders. Does anyone have recommendations for a good, inexpensive e-nail? If they were $75 or $80 I would have picked one up ages ago but the $100-$200 price tag seem damn high for as simple of a device as they are.

I've been looking to get a spare E-nail for the poker house. I will have to check into a terp slerper as well. Keep us posted if you find a good deal. Black Friday is right around the corner.

I was actually ripping on the dab rig and thought this was a great thread idea lol we hit a nector collector at poker that has a water chamber and that thing blasts me away and I was attributing it to the higher torch temps. But it seems pretty cut and dry on temps lll
