I'm down with the Black Sabbath pick just not Dio.
Favorite singer is hard I like Buddy Holly to Ozzy to Ray Charles but most fitting voice ever to me is Lemmy. Just exuded Rock and Roll.
Randy Rhoads
Dont want a funeral but will provide hours of playlist for my kids to hike to the top of a 14er in Colorado and let my ashes blow in the wind. Dust in the Wind would be fitting but that song annoys me. Maybe finish up with Johnny, Waylon, Willie and Kris doing Highwayman as I blow away.

Woah woah woah ... Bury Your Fucking Dead??? Those are my fucking guys... I saw them play virtually once a week back in '02 flip flopping between the Worcester Palladium and the Alston Church ... with the occasional podunk VFW thrown in the mix ... honed my pit ninja skills to those breakdowns... literally tore the fucking tent down at Hellfest 2003 in Syracuse when they showed up and played that song unannounced right the last day ... they literally played only that song and a bunch of Massholes moshed the damn tent to the ground... you posting that was a trip down memory lane ....

I was so angry back then lol

LOL ***Angsty back then.... hahah those were the days... massive amounts of malt liquor and punching your best friends in the face... oh to be 16 again.... I listen to alot of different kinds of music and go to lots of shows... I always had the most fun at those small little hardcore shows in churches and shit....im sure you can relate... crazy how a song can bring you right back to a memory...

seriously..... would you ever guess who wrote these lyrics?

No I'd rather go and journey
Where the diamond crescent's glowing
And run across the valley
Beneath the sacred mountain
And wander through the forest
Where the trees have leaves of prisms
And break the light in colors
That no one know the names of

And when it's time I'll go and lay
Beside the legendary fountain
'Till I see her form reflected
In its clear and jewelled waters
And if you think I'm ready
You may lead me to the chasm
Where the rivers of our visions
Flow into one another

I will want to dive beneath the white cascading waters
She may beg, she may plead, she may argue with her logic
And mention all the things I'll lose
That really have no value in the end she will surely know
I wasn't born to follow

I read your post after I posted and found it interesting we both like Lemmy and Randy Rhoads...curious if we are near in age, I'm 58...
