what's the best vape under a C note?
DynaVap - The 'M' 2020 - UK

You won't get more powerful hits in your price range. Until I picked up my new desktop unit, these were my daily drivers.

Dude can't plug in an iron, but he can twiddle that vape around like nobody's business :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Thanks for the recommendation, dude!
If you spend an extra $10 you can get the FMJ, a little copper jacket/heatsink that eliminates the need to spin and also gives more complete extraction from a single heating.

There's another thread here on portables where I've written a few posts on my experiences. I even have an xmax Starry 3.0 that has sat untouched forever that I discussed in there.

IMO, the Starry is an entry level toy. It's good at what it does but there are much better options.

Another recommendation would be to look for a deal on an older model Arizer. I've seen great prices on Air 1 or Solo 1 and even the Air 2 and Solo 2 since the AirMax was released. I have my 6+ year old Air 1 and it still works like new and is far superior to the Starry 3.0.

I won't use it frequently enough to worry about longevity or even build quality, really. If it doesn't just immediately smoke check, I'll prolly be ok.
I'd have to go through 8 or 12 of them to equal the cost a good one. 25 bucks isn't much of a gamble.
I will check out the forum, and when funds are a bit more liquid, I will look into a securing a good vape. A toy is all I need right now.

I used a arizer solo 1 for so many years...the day it quit I ordered the solo 2...I promise ya one thing. As long as I'm alive I will have a arizer solo...I wouldn't quite say it's convenient as a portable tho

No, the Solo isn't very pocket friendly, but I've seen the older models, new-in-box, for within Hugh's range. A solo 1 for under $100 will still outperform anything new in that price range, to the best of my knowledge, so I figured it deserved a mention.

Sorry to preach, gents, but I'm going to anyway. ;)

Saying you aren't a vape fan after using only lower end devices is similar to drinking some $5/bottle plonk and deciding from that you don't like wine. It really isn't a proper evaluation.

Not saying it is for everyone, but if you get a chance to use a higher end vape you will see it is a very different experience from the sub-$100 units.

Well, I'm smoking alone out here in the pines, so if I'm going to try an expensive vape I'm gonna hafta buy it.
I have no doubt the experience is better, the question is: Am I a sophisticated enough smoker to appreciate it?
I'm currently using a 10 year old acrylic bong or a 10 year old bubbler to smoke out of.
Hell, I won't even spend 3 bills on fishing gear, which I am (arguably) eminently qualified to appreciate.

Yours if you want it! :stoned:
Bought it, not a fan of vaping. I prefer to dance with the one that brung me, swaddled in paper.
Are you serious??
