Those loaves looking pro to me! I made a handful of sourdough last year as I learned a basic recipe. I never took it any further than that, but I want to get some of those proofing baskets and score some designs into the dough this winter. I was debating on buying an old " san francisco sour dough " starter this year.I’ve been watching a lot of videos of ladies doing up sourdough. I still haven’t learned all the “signs” of the process, but following one of the ladies recipes has gotten me a good start! I’ve only done two loaves so far that didn’t rise as well as the others, so far.
I'm so full of amish country loaf... There's something about that yeast bread smell that I can't resist.
