Everyone.....I swear I'm not a 600lb sweating fattie! I'm 170lbs (weighed 165 in '93 when I graduated). I just eat very well. And NO junk food! I don't eat chips, cookies, cake, etc.. not that there's anything wrong with snacks. If I wanna snack, I'll whip up a burger or air fryer wings.

I went with the Koda 16 ( gas) I had the early pellet version which I didn't like. Difficult to get to the right temp ( which never seemed to get as hot as they claim it could) and maintain it. Although wood and pellets sound good I'd put this gas oven up against any of them. The trick I found Is starting with high heat, get the stone super hot then turn the heat down and throw the pizza in...let the dough cook until the bottom looks right then back up with the flame and get the top and edges perfect. I like being able to easily control the temp's.

Tonight we feast on baby Calamari in honey , soy ,garlic marinade and IMG_8731.jpeg IMG_8733.jpeg sponsored by our local Prawn or Shrimp fleet . It’s by catch in the best possible way . By catch to those unfamiliar is non targeted species that are picked up in the net along with the prawns or shrimp . Can’t you just call them prawns as well to make it easier for me 🤦🏼‍♂️. Cooked on the BBQ for about 2 minutes max

My Dad is a culinary genius, specializing in various Asian cuisines & is fantastic at Italian because that's his roots. This whole meal made from scratch; I'm not usually a fan of hot & sour soup, but his is incredible 🤘. Fun fact: the plate itself is older than me & I'm past my mid 40s 🤣 i think he & my Mom swiped them from a restaurant in their youths

I remember when I was a kid, we used to often host a Korean business partner of his & the guy would go APESHIT over my Dad's kimchee 🤣 he even shipped some back home a couple times.
