Sorry I've not been around much; As you can imagine from seeing the pictures I've posted, this time of year is a wee bit "busy". (Local Hand Crampers 420 Union!).... I've officially finish trimming all the Blue Cheese, All the Chem D, all the Candy Kush, all the Strawberry Diesel, and all the Cactido which I must say turned out NICE with this cold ass weather! NICE Purple Hues, and I let her go a lot longer than I was thinking I would and even the Resin was Purple!
I've read that when the Resin itself starts getting a purple hue to it, it's usually from missing the mark on when to pull it, but I generally let my plants get a little Amber coloration in the Resin before I pull them, as I WANT some CBN to be present, and apparently Purple Resin is the same thing in strains that allow it (The Skywalker outdoor also has some Purple Resin on it as of yesterday and I'm leaving some of it out there intentionally to see what it does and let that purple shine).
My hands feel like a single guy that overdosed on Viagra at this point and we just started pulling Grease Monkey branches yesterday along with a Motor Breath branch.... Bubblegum for some reason seems to not want to finish coloring the Resin so I'm leaving it for now, and the Greenhouse with the Hawaiian Sunshine, is FINALLY getting color to the Resin.... I feel like that one is probably the heaviest Sativa leaning plant we have.....Blue Cheese is normally ready at the end of September or early October, and this Hawaiian ...... Crystal Clear Resin as I was pulling those LOL.
Should be worth it though; The smell is wonderful...... I'd describe Hawaiian Sunshine as Limes and generic Tropical Fruit with a healthy side of "That dank" on the nose. My soon to be Father in law was out there and was checking one of his plants, and he bumped into my Hawaiian as he was walking by it, and his arm hairs were spiked up like an 80s school picture day, LOL, he was like "You better share some of that shit! it's STICKY!".
