Help diagnosing issues?

I’m having with what seems like k problems that I just can’t figure out. I’m running flood and drain hydro in hydroton like I have for the last 6 years. Tap water is 160ppm and 7.2 ph. Im flooding for 4 minutes every 3 hours in either hydroton or perlite. The res Ph is kept between 5.5-6.5 (i even replaced my apera ph60 probe thinking i was having ph issues but wasnt the issue). Running under 400 watts of samsung lm301b leds. It really seems like a k deficiency but can’t seem to straighten it out and it’s starting to drive me crazy. I was running jacks 321 with haifa cal prime instead of regular calnit. I had some gh flora trio still and showed the same issues. I’ve never had this issue in the 6 years running this way and nothing has changed. Im starting to wonder if something has changed in my tap water cuz im doing the same things i always have and cant shake this issue. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thanks alot for looking and have a great Sunday!!

Absolutely, that was my first move, replaces and recalibrated and even matches up with with the drop test I keep around. With them being in hydroton or perlite, flooded 4 min every 4 hours I figured would be damn near impossible to overwater in such an aerated media. Like I said, it's driving me up a wall.

That appears to be a potassium deficiency or lockout. The main symptoms; happens on lower/older leaves of the plant, "burn" happens along the serrations and eventually overtakes the leaves.

pH out of tolerance, could simply need more potassium or you're overfeeding it other things that could be locking out the potassium 🤷🏻‍♂️. Another thing that comes to mind; how you're mixing your nutrients could be causing a chemical "bond" by mixing out of proper sequence?
