Don't you have a 97" thick wall or smth? I mean like, can you use a ryobi for the job or do you need some kinda industrial tool?

Makita hammer drill to do some 3/4" hole for the water lines, and a series of holes and some chiseling to pop a 2.25" hole for a drain line. Basement bath is then close enough to hook into the water and drain lines.
And it's 8" thick. Lol.

I'd love to, but they're not a cheap pc of equipment. Lol. Good ol hammer drill will do great. I'm one hell of a stone carver with a hammer drill. Lol.
