”It looks like a leafhopper nymph, but not the one I see most commonly here in Oregon. If it’s outside, a little bit of damage isn’t usually a big deal. In greehouse/outdoor settings, Anystis will eat it - if you are in Oregon they can be purchased, but not elsewhere. Sprays can work as well, just be sure it’s something that is allowed in your state for the crop. I’d choose an oil-based spray if there wasn’t a reason not to use it.”
