I finally got around to setting up and calibrating my Christmas gift that I got myself and put it to use making water this morning. It was easy to setup, calibrate and use and I really like the fact I can use the probe to stir and then just toss it into the pitcher. The only downside for me so far is it doesn't have a backlight. I didn't catch that in the specs before I bought it, but it isn't a dealbreaker. The accuracy is great and the kit came with everything except storage solution, which I already had.
My AC Infinity pen has a flaw in that the hook to hang it on the pitcher is built into the lid, so if you aren't careful, the lid comes off and the pen goes into the water without any protection and ruins the pen. The hook should have been built into the body of the pen and not the lid. This happened to me a few months back and AC Infinity replaced it free of charge, so they deserve credit for excellent customer service. I'll keep the ACI pen for a backup...
