Jimmys 20 year hiatus is over

For my first grow in a long time I chose BOGs Sour Lifesaver. A germinated eight seeds using the paper towel method and got one to germinate not a very good ratio. The one that germinated took five days. Also, I got a freebie with them which was called purple pillow I germinated three of them for shits and grins and all three germinated in two days. So my sour lifesaver grow has become a purple pillow grow I’ll roll with it. Why not?
I started them in 4 inch pots using happy frog and 20% warm castings.This is day 18 they seem a little behind , but I didn’t add any fertilizer to the seedling mix , probably should have and will next time. So day 18 from sprouts ( I don’t k ow when to start counting days. ) I up potted them to 1 gallon pots. Trying the organic living soil method I have been watching on you tube .
Happy frog amended with biochar ,20% warm castings, GiaGreen 444 at 3 tablespoons per gallon and mycrorrizal innoculant.The 3 Purple pillow above , Sour lifesaver below
I am using a 4x4 tent with a Mars hydro FC 4800 LED. 40% and 20” above the plants for now.
Watering with R O water with a PH of 6.1ish

The Odd one in the back corner is a pepper clone from a wintered over plant from last year. I don’t know exactly what it is to get more seeds , so I’m growing it indoors for clean seeds.

I’ll be updating progress on weekends and if and when oh shits happen .

I didn’t get to post last week , so 2 weeks since original post. Week 5 from sprout , my slow growth from seed has greatly improved after up potting and adding living soil. Patiently waiting on the gender reveal.
The 2 back and front right are the purple pillow , and front left is BOGs sour lifesaver , very compact and bushy .
Planning on topping later in the week @ 6 nodes. Up potting again in 2 weeks.

Week …. Whatever, hell don’t know lost track.
So … growing quickly have 2boys and I assume 2girls that are being shy and taking their time to show. good news The sour lifesaver that this grow was intended to be is one of them that I think is probably gonna be a female so I got that going for me.
Also showing a deficiency on the leaves I believe it’s magnesium deficiency. It’s been three weeks since I potted these so the living soil is probably getting depleted. Going to do a top dress this afternoon and hopefully hold off to up pot again next week. Plants are root bound now.

Update for record keeping, the males have been removed the remaining plants got up potted to 3 gallon pots with the fresh living soil added to it. And a few pictures of the pepper in the corner for pepperpicante

Updating. It’s been a while. Had some magnesium issues, started using cal mag, but then checked my ph and it was a lock out issue . Ph pen was out of calibration and I was watering with 5.3 Ph waterI recalibrated , and watered with a PH of 6.5, much better shape now. In veg I felt they were growing slow and I think the PH issue was the problem.
Planning of starting flower in a few days.
I think after the stretch, I should fill this 4 x 4.

I’ll be posting pictures weekly as they progress through flower to document progress.

Ok kids need help here. 2nd week of flower…. Has this hermied on me ? I just noticed these today. 99% sure they weren’t there yesterday.
Had a ph issue 2weeks before I flowered. It’s corrected now. Any help comments, opinions would be greatly appreciated. BOGS sour lifesaver
