What’s your recommendation?

Don Julio, casamingo, and many resposado types. For my wife's 50th b-day a few yrs back, I got a room at greektown casino, we each had a premium shot of tequila. I forgot the name. It was about 25.00 a shot. It was soo smooth, no burn or wiggles (lol).

For a margarita, 4oz tequila, 1oz agave nectar, 1oz tripple sec (i prefer cointreau), 2oz lime juice.
Shake with ice, strain into iced glass
Repeat as needed

I ordered this morning, I’ll let you know how I think it compares, haven’t found anything that I like better than the 1942 Don Julio.
But I’ll definitely do a toast to your health & a quick recovery my friend.

I think you'll be quite impressed with the Lunazul..Damn near everyone that I know that's tried it stays with it..I drink the clear but they are both amazing

Jose Cuervo Tradicional. I haven't bought any in a long while, used to be $20 for a bottle. Great price for the quality.

IMHO, Don 1942 is still a bit smoother, but they are both quality .
