Re-veg...

So a few months ago I was popping some of my old seeds that I have now given away...this plant popped up, didn't have a label, I didn't recognize her until I smoked her. It was DDNL for sure...I recognize her now and am happy to have found that sour bitch...hoping on a reveg now!

When I revegged a plant I liked it took a couple of months of weekly disappointment but I was eventually successful and got a second harvest. Keep the faith!

Never done the re-veg thing, always had plentiful beans of everything.
That's been changing the last couple years with all the "craft" strains available so,,, I probably ned to master this now lol.

It looks like you're doing it exactly right, mate. My first reveg didn't go anywhere until I got pissed one day and cut her back to where you actually started.

Yeah, it can be tricky. I've found I had to try to have the retained foliage match the roots to some extent. When I left a tiny twig over a big root ball, the roots ended up rotting. I guess too much of the root mass was unused and it held enough water to go mushy.

I did not know what it was...the plant was in that bucket and didn't get watered for like a month...I almost chucked it as it was all pruned up when I found it...so I watered it and threw it closer to the light...it was under a table barely getting any light...she is lucky to be alive...lol...so yes I was thing of pulling her and putting in a smaller pot because of root rot...I don't think she ever got a good base...I'm hoping she will be fine...if not I will now have to fine ddnl again as that sour bitch is one of my favorites...often people think it is sour d that don't know the difference as it is very sour, very skunky on the exhale and kinda dieselly on the taste...more like Maui Waui to me though...as I grew a shit to of that in the past.

If you've got the space, ride it out. The full reveg scenario after a full flower is a long process. My only successful attempt with that situation, has just concluded.
It has been 60 days since the chop, and now finally there is enough fresh growth, with fully suitable stem and leaf structure to attempt cloning.
I walked a fine line of watering/feeding to stimulate new root growth, without over watering.
Cool experience though.

Thank you...yes many times I have tried to re veg...a few times success...more often not though...I'll stick with it as I am happy I found her and would be very hard to replace...I will take all the advice I can get to bring her back...but if not I have plenty more stuff to go on through,?.

I believe it is dying...leaves are shrivelling up and it's not looking good...thinking I found more D DNL seeds though, so maybe I can get it back.

I have killed off the last 2 plants that I tried to reveg. Out of practice I guess, as it's been many years since I last revegged anything. Just being lazy, I've only killed 5-6 out of at least a hundo.
If I kill another, I'll have to find a nun to smack me with a ruler!
