Second Annual Freedom Fest 420 celebration

It's at Mujeres Valley Campground in New Mexico (the sunny part). New industry, so I figured the wife and I would be checking it out. 4/21-23.

I went to the site and they allow camping but you're not allowed to cook food. Are you king crazy? Strike one. I looked around with the help of a map and Quemado NM is a 40 minute commute. I've driven through Quemado and am surprised they have not one hotel but at least four. So problem solved, we're going.

Western New Mexico Freedom Festival

The Western New Mexico Freedom Festival is the only 2-day festival in New Mexico to create safe spaces for marginalized people while celebrating and honoring plant medicine. The venue is BIPOC-owned and focuses on sustainability and connection with nature.

Am I truly the only person on PH attending? I'd like to meet some of y'all and have locals to trade and pheno hunt with. So if you're coming out, let me know! I've been to a few of these, so we decided to check into the hotel on Friday and try to make it out there. But definitely spend most of the day there on Saturday. After a day we've usually had enough but if it's exciting, we'll do the whole weekend next year.

So if you're planning on attending, let me know! We can meet up for lunch, or a doobie.

I'm far away on the other side of the Medicine Line, so I shall not be attending. Hope it's a great experience for everyone who does go.
