Shutting down for a while

Unfortunately, the divorce trend has hit home. My wife and I have decided to part ways. This happened real fast and as a result I had to toss all my cuts and scrap my current projects. The goats and chickens were very happy to have all the greens to eat but im really in a state of disbelief still I think. I have a ton of moving and building to do at the moment so I probably won't be as active on the site for a while. Im hoping to atleast get one of my tents up n running at my new place so that'll make me feel a bit better about it. For those running my creations, I hope they treat you as well as they've treated me.

Really sorry to hear but don't beat yourself up over it. With mine I felt like a major failure, and it wasn't easy to crawl out of the hole that kind of thinking put me in. Time on my own did wonders, realized I was much happier on my own. Freedom baby.

Better days are ahead. Won't be too long and you'll be saying the split was the best thing ever. I've never felt freer in my life since the ball and chain were cut away.

We'll be here while you get your ducks in a row. In the meantime, take care of yourself dude.

Sorry to hear this..I've been there and didn't get to take any of my personal belongings or anything for that matter. 21 years of accumulate belongings..raising of 3 kids..tons of hard work all gone in a flash..Even my guns and clothes were burnt ..I still never gave the reactions that were trying to be drug out of me..Even starting with absolutely nothing except the clothes i was wearing ,it was the best decision I ever made.Altho it was a tough Lil road i now have a great wife and anything and everything I need..Once you get settled around and figure some things out hit me up..You are always welcome to any and all cuts I have going at the time..Peace be with you brother 👊

Best of luck to you, wild man. The path ahead of you is not an easy one, but no path worth taking ever really is.
Remember to eat, make yourself if you have to. Spend more time in public if possible, not necessarily interacting with people, just get out of your headspace and give yourself a break from the stress. It's easy to forget to take care of yourself when it feels like the world was pulled out from under you.
The sting will fade, not sure it ever really goes away, but it'll definitely get better than it is now.
