HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

No kids, no fam to visit today, just me & the wife & two cats . We're still cooking a 12-lb bird and all the fixins just for us. Driving up to her parents' cabin tomorrow, no snow so the drive will be nice.

I was going to spatchcock this bird, but it's 24lbs and too big for any of my pans.
