Def need to pop mine soon ??Not quite sure how this happened. I popped 5 Jewel BeaSTs with the plan of keeping the nicest pair, but I now have 3 females in early flower and another of unknown sex already potted up for flipping. One F is in a little 1 gal pot in my mini flower tent and the other two got the full passive hydro buckets, so I should have a pretty good idea of what these genes will do under my growing system. I hope they don't all run a full 10 weeks though, as there is a long queue wanting to be grown.
!! REDRUM ?Not quite sure how this happened.
Running the MH & HPS side-by-side, it is truly intriguing how different a plant can appear just across the room.pretty good idea of what these genes will do under my growing system
I was going to mention to @JL2G the other day, I think I saw one of my hubcaps passing me in the ditch. ??. I hope they don't all run a full 10 weeks
biggest challenge will be managing the RH. That little coil heater just chews up the humidity and I don't know if I can survive without it

Leaf temps, root temps, spectrum,,,, it's like a whole nother world, just a few feet to the left.
I am pleased as punch to see little jewels sprouts pop'n up here and there.

Even in the Sat photos, the calyx aren't puffed out like that.
They are mostly devoid of white hair.
I haven't seen my scope since last winter but I can plainly tell,,, some people harvest sooner.
Same goes with these Strawbs, @THT.

They're also puffing up and really trying to look done. Much sooner than I expected.

It seems counterintuitive. This side of the room is colder. The soil temperature was dipping down to 13 Celsius, on the regular. I am really scratching my head on this one.
Science
Science, my bros !
I have been contemplating this.
View attachment 104518 I took a good look at the last five years and it is all pretty much the same. The beginning of September will always carry a few days over 80 Fahrenheit. By the last week of September daytime Highs are 20 and the nighttime lows are creeping towards freezing. About 50% of the time we get temperatures below freezing in the first week of October

For science, I am going to try to replicate that last week of September in my grow room.
,,,I was talking to this dude who lives in my town and has grown Outdoors for the last 2 years. He says that he has been taking 4-5 week old plants and putting them directly into the ground on mid August . He did horde heat towards the very end and has managed to pull crops off outdoors. Still I think that is a little late to be putting them out. I don't think he was harvesting mature buds. I mean I'm not going to tell someone that chatting over bananas,,, still I dream of a photo plant that I can harvest in my neighbourhood.
I'm looking at the long-range forecast this week and I think I can pull this hardening off Caper with some success. My lights are only off from 2 p.m. until 2 a.m. , so only the last half is really cold.
Little bit of curiosity, little bit of poverty ;I need to start shutting off some lights, retire the heater.
Like so many other Journeys before , we are coming in on fumes, boys.

Wow!!! This looks friggin amazing @Jewels . Can’t wait to see the finish on this one.I had mis-captioned this as a MK Ultra in a previous post.

Respect buds can be long and floofy. JTRipper seems to pass down a pile of sugarleaf.
I think I may have hit the jackpot on this one. It is shaping up to be a no-trim chonker.
Instant gratificationCan’t wait to see the finish
I love instant gratification and that looks fantastic! Good work brother ???????? I can almost smell it based off description alone. (4 daughters) ?Instant gratification

Rose Water, Teen Parfume, Diesel,,, basically sniffs like the hottest chick at the barn dance.
Rodeo Queen.
As you can see she had a little Chiquita in her. Those were the seeds I pulled off ? JTR.
Luckily, the mice did not get all of the? Respect X ?JTR.
Those were two completely different plants- so hopefully I get all the good and none the bad.
