Would 99% Isopropyl Alcohol help any? Not sure if it would since the rest is likely just distilled water. Just in case 99% is desired, I’ve found two (more affordable than hydro store) sources that work quite well for any application which requires Isoporopyl. Also works great for trim scissors cleaning (better than 75% and 90%):
Available at Safeway affiliated stores. This includes Vons, and maybe Albertsons since they are the conglomerate. Sometimes they have BOGO sales. I swear by this stuff and you don’t have to shell out 3x as much at a hydro store.
Available at Walmart and auto parts stores. Must be the Red Bottle, not yellow. Always good to have different sources should another fail.
