Ever had a 'pinwheel' cookie @spyralout ?
My curing LVTKO smells like I didn't wash a biscotti jar.
Ice-box cookie dough. Vanilla?
Smokes like Tangies. Fills the mouth. Powerfull smoke, you know you are in for a ride if you cant do full pulls, without a cough.
Heavy, but not dark smoke. I can tell there was a party in my mouth, but no burns in the carpet.
This is the farmers daughter of weed. Great legs and a nice set of honkers. She gets the chores done. The lemon orange is back there somewhere, just enough sugar to keep her attractive.
I dont pass 'em, and it would be pretty tough to want to burn a finger on this stuff.
Dont need to re-light these bad boys, if they go out-,,, it cause I'm baked.

LVTK is a hammer. Not velvetty or marshmellowy....its a maul to the melon.

I LOVE IT

I think it is my favorite of all of the more kush strains i have tried. It doubles down on lemons which cancels out some of the earthy funk. I think it makes it IDEAL to pair with fruity flavors. Esos crosses were the first time i tried it and his LVTK came out of a pack of mystery beans. Most of the crosses have a more pronounced berry/grape taste than the parents...or very close to the same, and the ones that lean LVTK have a lemony fuely mentholy backnote but really faint...more like the taste of power....and of spit being sucked in backwards through your taste buds.

I am looking forward to sin city juice and i want to compare it to big and tasty (flavor profile/ferocity). I know what im going to sprout today !!

If you crossed it with a sharp tangie cross it would be sour orange brain fuel.

Yes, the American and Mexican varieties, but maybe the Canadian varieties are different? ?

Now that you talk cookies. A snickerdoodle terp profile would be awesome. I think the cake strains come close, I really like the cake frosting back end, the whole coating of the tongue and smooth feeling on the roof of your mouth...it's an "addicting" type of smoke, even with 17 different varieties around at the time, I found myself rolling up another fat one with a cake variety.

It is an absolutely gorgeous cultivar, the looks alone are to die for. Look for spicy orange peels and a narcotic high. Some pHenos have a "fermented orange peel" or what some call "buttermilk" smell. I had a really good pHeno that I lost in reveg. @jaguarlax just harvested one of the best SCJ plants I've ever seen, quite possibly the best.

The LVTK I used came from CannaVenture which honestly, the whole pack of fems was a bust with garbage plants other than the one that I kept and used. It was the "lemon pound cake" pheno and had a wicked head crack to it that would stone a seasoned smoker. The hash from it was beyond potent too. Her potency seems to bless everything she touches. The cut Bad Dawg uses is a cut straight from Rusty at CV.

My Affie is Cannaventure. Found a gooder in there. Disappointing, that those pure lines were all fems.

Pulled all 3 Sour Tangie, ass they were all male.
3 more confirmed males. A Romystery, a UnkaZooka, and a Buckeye.

Do male flowers often show colour?
I couldn't find my cheaters, so I was scoping for sex. Bloody Buck has the deepest purple male flowers. Not like " kinda pink'sh'" - I mean DARK.
Never really looked at one that close.
Normal? Rare ? Stop the press? Ho- Hum?

Though I dont have pics, Ive had color on a handfull of males but nothing that was "dark". Not a male, but his was the initial "Monkey Juice" (GG4 x Mimosa) after being reversed to BX back to GG4 for MJ BX1

A bit of color in the male flowers upon reversal, but nothing that really seemed to carry on through progeny. Are you shooting for a true purple flower in the offspring?

Those are beauts.

60x was kinda exaggerating coverage. They were just claw specks, when I first spotted it. Upon uncloser inspection, it looks like the pre-flowers were darker. Older now by a few days, and the mature flowers lost the colour.
Was startling with naked eye. Looked like blacked off pinheads.

Wasn't planning on a pollen run. I made some ( Bloody Taffy) Blood Orange x Affie seed. These seem parallel to the Buckeyeblood.
Just needed to check in on this one. Fairly new at this, didnt want to toss something I would never see again.

Looking closely, I see these could spill within a week or so.
I dont know squat about this kind of stuff. Does that early deep colour indicate a strong desire to 'purple up' the offspring?
,,, perhaps I should get some pollen for the next time I run the Affie

New toys.

I have been seasoning the clay in the pond. Bricks are 2 months wet. I have germinated and rooted in the crushbrick, so the Ph aint spooking me.

Getting stingy with the Hydroton. I just need a wick; not necessarily a bucket full. Balls stop at 22cm. Coarse crush atop that. Transplants are surrounded by:
60 Spahgnum
20 Vermiculite
20 wormed bunny gold
Roots will follow down deadspace on their own.

I did 11 pots with 30 litres. Perhaps about 20 total with 50L of hydroton?
Counting coco and spahgnum, they are about 5 dollars per 4G station.
