Black Dog by Humboldt Seed Organization is a weighty mixture of two northern California favorites, Blackberry Kush and Emerald Headband. This medium-sized plant expresses dark, nearly black leaves that give way to sticky, dense buds. Its aroma is a mixture of grape, berries, and oil while the effects tend to be relaxing with just a touch of cerebral stimulation. Black Dog has a rapid flowering time of 48-55 days.

I ran it a few years ago and loved it. Both @thenotsoesoteric and I have used it in successful crosses, and he gifted me the seeds this time. I don't know if it's made or available anymore.

Ohhhh!!!! Afghani !!!! NICE!!!!! Oh man that should be some straight FIRE! I don't know much about Emerald Headband, but Blackberry Kush it says is an Afghani Cross, and as a man who LOVES those "interesting" smells, Afghani has a special place in my heart

By GS Cookies, is that Girl Scout Cookies? As in the original ? Cause if it is GSC X Chemdog = GMO, and you were talking about that GMO X Rootbeer..... Any plans to to "powder" it ? That'd be one interesting scent profile haha!

If I had some non hermie Motor Breath seeds I'd send them out to you cause I feel like Motor Breath mixed with those would be straight FIRE!

The Humboldt GS has changed the one I grew was forum cut x matanuska x cookies again, the newer version is different, the ones I got were from 2019 and I'm not gonna lie 1 full on hermed at week 4 and got tossed and of the 9 I had left there was 4 phenos plus a runt/mutant in the mix lol at 15 a bean I was expecting a tad more uniformity ?????

Ya I believe they are s1s . But yeah that GMO Rootbeer got hit already with my pure Michigan F2 stud . Unfortunately I can't release those but I'm going to be working with them for certain. ?

I'm going to "attempt" to not sound incredibly stupid right now when I ask this question, as I'm not a breeder as of yet, but I also won't be mad if it's so dumb it makes someone laugh:

Since GMO is Girl Scout Cookies X Chemdog, if you were to take Girl Scout Cookie and cross that with GMO, from what I understand, it depends which strain the female is that will mostly dictate the genetics that would be more dominant in the new cross ? So if a GMO Female plant was dusted with some Girl Scout Cookies Pollen, it'd be a little extra "dose" of the Cookies in terms of what you could expect from the seeds that came from that? Is that accurate ?

I know my love of Chem and Cheese are pretty well known already, but I have mentioned a few times about my only magical Cookie strain experience where I had some Girl Scout Cookies like YEARS ago, and I remember still how it was just incredibly tasty and wonderful effects that I've not had or even seen since in a Cookie strain (Outside of GMO of course but that has Chemdog in it so, not that hard for me to love LOL). I had a buddy from Detroit over at the house and he said it was Girl Scout Cookies and that everyone there was loving it, and after he rolled one up we smoked it, and I was just blown away how much it tasted like a sugar cookie. I've had other Cookie strains since then, but they simply weren't anything like how good that ONE time was LOL.

It makes me understand how a lot of people are hunting for Skunk #1; You try something and love it and then it's just gone haha.

Anyway, Hope I worded that right, but I do hope to see some new Freak Genetics GMO based strains for sure! Your plants always look so good, and then I hear you talking about GMO crosses and I'm all like Ohhhh!!!!! haha.

I know; I've had Mandarin Cookies, Ethos Cookies, and I think a few others too, but they simply aren't like the real thing; Or at least not so far anyway, I don't like to just say a strain sucks, because these were all dispensary buds except for the GSC, and I can easily take a guess that a batch that went to the dispensary simply wasn't as good as it could have been.

I can't really afford the dispensary these days anyway, but I don't want to sound like I'm shitting all over them either as the GMO I had, and the MSG I had both came from one, and they were straight FIRE.

MSG is a strain I'd like to eventually get a hold of too (Maybe I can bring this up to my Mom when it's time for my Birthday LOL!) but I'd LOVE to grow that! MSG has a flavor that just punches you in the mouth with intensity and I was a fan instantly.

If you ever decide to release the GMO X Rootbeer I'll be waiting haha! Eventually one day, when I'm able to do a bit more and I can get some of the super sought after seeds I want, I'd love a nice collection of GMO, MSG, every Cheese ever, every Chem ever LOL, and Blueberry so I can experiment with those. I imagine GMO X Exodus Cheese would be epic, and possibly require a breathing mask to trim LOL.
