Question Chat control in Windows 10?

For the life of me, I can't figure out the chat controls in Win10. I have tried Chrome, Vivaldi (a Chrome clone), and Firefox. The controls in the lower part of my screen grab don't work, and the sound is driving me bonkers. Any help will be appreciated..unless I need another face palm..

It is a bit confusing at the moment... The popup on the bottom would indicate you should be able to click for a pop-up menu but i think that function is toggled off while we are testing. .... For PC the Chat access button is up on the top right of your screen, depending on your zoom, and desktop oreintation, you will see a blue arrow to navigate your toolbar over, click it a couple times... The last option will be chat... You can open the chat box from there.... @Buzzer777 Ill slide over to google hangouts... to get you setup


ON MOBILE...

Just open the navigation tab on the top left of your screen on your mobile device... Scroll down and open chat.

that was me yesterday morning. Kept hearing the sound, seeing the chat and I couldn't do anything. I had to remove myself from the situation

If you Still need a hand just shoot me a PM.. I can walk you through it... I really is super easy once you know where to look... There are also several different customizing options, to tailor the chat experience to your liking... You can turn of the sounds... but I kinda like the little bloop... You can also toggle the chat into a pop-up window, so you can keep it off to the side (or in my case on another monitor)

Any comments, questions, concerns, shoot me a PM... Ill also be around chat today on and off...

@SSGrower maybe if you turn your phone to get the orienation to change? You can get the blob out of the way? Here are some screenshots of how to locate the chatbutton...

Another tip guys... Switch out of Evolution Dark theme... The chat functionality works the best with Light and Classic Dark.... It enables the ticker at the bottom to work properly.... There is somthing in evolution conflicting.
