I can't imagine doing this in tents. And yeah, one male seems to make enough daddy powder to pollinate 100 or more females fully!

I keep the pairs, 3somes, 4somes together for at least a month and the amount of pollen a male drops in that time is amazing, especially when a ball drops. Looks like a bread flower bomb on lower leafs.

This is a preservation run so we need all the boys stuff mixed in.
Yea there are piles of pollen all over the tent.
It's a ritual to open the tent, all fans off, lights dimmed for 15 minutes, remove upper clothing from myself and slowly enter the door.
Then straight to the bathroom to wash arms down before dressing out again lol.

Even outside I have to wear gloves and change long sleeve shirts, pants and shoes when taking them down. Then to be sure I have to water down the area, I assume you use a light bleach water mix after?

If the bottom was yellow with pollen I kind of imagine the clean up is not unlike a guy at a porn theater with a mop. I'd love to be able to work with a Male plant but I'm OCD as fuck and after smoking I'd be like "the pollen is probably all over my clothes, I should spray myself with bleach before I go outside and ruin every crop running...." lol the struggle is real.

That's a pretty sweet setup! Does filtration help with pollen or would it be small enough to fit through ?

Males are down! 3 and a half weeks of dropping.
Collected clusters from all 5 and will store for later use. Man it's thick in there.
Tommorrow I'll spray everything in there with distilled water and tamp what's blowin around down. The white dust cover on the carbon filter is yellow.

Is this from seed? I read the thread but still little confused. You started them on Columbian sunlight times which made me think you basically started them close to flipping. Nevermind..I can look a the post dates...I picked up a pack of the "purple pheno" Haze from AG so Im intrigued on when to expect them to drop pollen.

Yes from seed.
I aint an expert on these sativa's.
I just know the winter soltice is approx.11 hours and 15 minutes daylight and the summer equinox is 12 hours 15 minutes daylight.
I've pretty much rushed them through an entire season by manipulating the photoperiod.
