OH good I was waiting for this before I shipped out any seeds.
It is a good thing you were selling BIRD seeds !

It is not a coincidence that big bird looks like he is stoned and oscar looks like fat nuggage...

In Canada i read some bullshit where they are saying 1 seed is equal to a gram of your carry limit....yeah right.

I think i owe someone a few kilos of weed just to get to zero... :D ROFL

Seen somewhere someone asked something along the lines of.. Dont you still have to become a licensed seller to do business. In my state you cant even grow hemp without a license let alone sell seeds. Its all still grey area as the article states this is not official DEA regulation this is only guidance. I feel its more you cant get busted for having seeds.
That was a big thing not sure if any of you have ever ended up on the side of the road with the cops tearing all the seats and carpet and everything out of an old Chevy van while you sit on the edge of the road in cuffs cause you had a few SEEDS on the console after rolling a shitty brick weed joint at the beach.

The DEA memo was to inform federal prosecutors that the law now says <.03 is not mj & they cannot charge as such. The 2018 Farm Bill stipulated this. Local prosecutors unfortunately may still charge you depending on jurisdiction despite the law. I got busted about 20 years ago, & lost many opportunities because of it. I'm glad things are finally starting to sway the other direction, slowly but surely.
