Some different pics of a couple different Nyx plants. Jack's is working out amazing for terpenes, oils and trichome production, but it leaves a little to be desired with the bulkage. I think I'm gonna take @dstroy0 method and add bud explosion back in. I liked using it with mega crop, well see if it helps with this next run.

Tater daddy, what would you say you add per gallon? I water in 4 gallon batches usually so I go 14.4, 4.4, and 9.6 grams of part a, Epsom, and part b. View attachment 122422 View attachment 122423 View attachment 122424
Per gallon additives:
1 ml protekt
1 ml hyshield
0.5g bud explosion
0.1g sea-k
The additive package doesn’t add much to the EC.

I think the kelp and silica are most important. Trich cell walls are made out of silica and kelp has something just magic in it. Hyshield induces a physiological reaction; it tricks the plant into thinking it’s being attacked by fungus so I would start messing with that last.

I feed a little less than you, 12-8-4 a-b-epsom per 5 gallons. You should probably keep your feed the same and slowly add in things one at a time to see how the additives work with your method.

Okay thanks for the info, looks like you feed the epsom at a slightly higher ratio than i do. Seems like lots of good things come from the waters, kelp, fish shit, lots of stufff that plants like. I should be looking out more for something other than just the basic program. Gonna try the kelp and silica as well and see if it boosts production or anything. I appreciate the input.

BIG IDIOT ALERT!!! SUPERSIZED DUMMY COMING THROUGH!!

i was wondering why it seemed like the seedlings/young plants were going so slowly. Then I realized that when i reset the tent and cleaned it and everything, I never turned the lights back up from having clones in there, they were under the lights at 25%, barely on. AGHHHH oh well, at least they're still healthy and it was only lost time, not lost plants. shit will be dope.

Oh yea the brown koozies came in today, finally. now I can do something with them.

Just curious, how do y'all water? @dstroy0 I already know you use robot magick and some sort of new age space religion voodoo.

Right now, I'm doing 4 gallon batches, mixed in one bucket, poured into my pump bucket with a sump pump, a hose, and a watering wand. I then use that to hand water the tents. in flower the 4x8 is drinking 8 gallons every 2 days. in the veg 4x4 its 4 gallons about every 3 days. My only concern is that when I'm watering, im giving out too much at once. However, my runoff is only about 10% of what I'm watering so I'm not sure. Is there a benefit to doing a slow drip system that I dont know about? How many things dont I know about? why havent people told me the things?!

i'm considering getting a self watering system that I can throw on a (this one or a different, new one) pump and just walk away til its done. However, I tent to run lots of seed plants and less clones, so my watering needs always vary. Can I throw on different tips to allow different rates of water flow through a singular system like that?
