I am just about to harvest some ECSD x (Black Triangle F2) Black Coast Sour Diesel seeds that should pair nicely with those two hybrids haha. Positive vibes...

Those ECSD/Skunktek Sour Diesel x (Chem Del La Chem F2) hybrids have been flying off of the shelves. I just harvested some Skunktek Sour Diesel x (Black Triangle F2) Sour Black seeds as well!

I have tried to do a little bit of research to find out, but have had No Luck getting any info really.. These were 2 crosses that sounded Great, & REALLY Peaked my Interest. Thanks

This a quote from part of a post that I made recently in a thread at another spot where quite a few people who have never grown either cut were trying to say that the ECSD and Skunktek cuts are the same cut. I have ran both cuts side by side for ~1-2 years. Let me preface this by saying that I am nobody and only speak from experience, but I would be surprised if they turned out to be the same cut. Like, fucking flabbergasted haha. Also, I always do my very best to never cause problems or offend anyone, but sometimes it gets tiresome to see so many people online talking like they know, when they really have no firsthand experience.


The ECSD and Skunktek cut both can tend to variegate, much like Chem D. The Skunktek cut tends to be a little bit sweeter, almost citrusy, whilst the ECSD tends to be a lot more funky and very similar to Chem D. The ECSD tends to stay shorter and the flowers are shorter and fatter, while the Skunktek cut tends to be taller with longer and skinnier flowers. They are both fucking finicky as fuck, but the ECSD takes the cake as the most finicky, in my experience. Internodal spacing is even different, with the ECSD being shorter and the Skunktek cut having longer internodal spacing.


Again, this is just my experience, in my rooms. None of my environments are perfect/consistent and the end results of both cuts can tend to vary from one run to another.

Bottom line, any of the hybrids that I have made with ECSD or the Skunktek cut should produce some pretty gnarly/unique plants. If they were not funky bangers, I wouldn't fuck with them at all haha. Positive vibes...

Why do like All the strains that Im interested in seem to be finicky as hell..? HA! Yea I would be interested in the ECSD as far as the flavors/smells go. The finicky part just kinda scares me.

Is there any of the other strains that you work with that you would recommend for that Terp/Flavor Profile (Sour/Gassy/Funk)But Not AS Finicky?

I ran his Tropicanna Cookies x Herijuana x Cherry West BC every plant was decent, half of those were most excellent.
The one that smells of burn rubber, she is the ONE! For my run, it was #3, she almost clones herself, I started scoping an snip samples, starting at day 60, 65, 70. The rubber girl, hold to 70 days. Delicious, loud, and she is a hammer, delicious and potent.

Mannnnn the cannabis cultivars that I love are a lot like the women that I love; the most badass ones are always complicated as fuck haha.

The finicky cultivars should be tamed a little bit with the males that I utilize in my hybrids. Maybe not tamed so much by the Dog Patch male, but the Cherry West Bc, Black Triangle F2 and Chem Del La Chem F2 males should tame them a bit. The Black Triangle F2 male especially.

Sour is a tough one. My Hazmat OG x Blowfish AKA Hogfish puts off some smells/flavors that will burn my nostrils and make my eyes water when processing her. It isn't just like Sour or anything, but it is acrid as fuck and unique. I have looked through quite a few hybrids that I have made with my Hogfish male and female and the trait is definitely passed on quite a bit.

Gassy/Funk is what the fuck I specialize in haha. Anything made with my Dog Patch, Black Triangle F2 and Chem Del La Chem F2 males should put out quite a few Gassy/Funk females.
