❄️🔥💎 FORAGER of FIRE 💎🔥❄️
Wasn't too quick to tell everyone lol. Been here years and last week some bugs popped up, slacking on my prevent and the heat is my excuse . Still can't believe it. Anyhow I am going to be starting over basically. I am down to two tents now . Getting my cuts together and yeah basically hitting reset. Super bummed and humbled at the same time . Smh I almost lost everything a couple years back when I had two floods in one week . I almost feel like this is worse. Anyways yeah, lotta stuff I popped is going bye bye just in case you are wondering what happened to this or that plant . Always a silver lining tho ?. Caught this quick so I hope it's a quick and easy fix . ?
Man I feel for ya brother..We all been thru it..I just went thru a knock down drag out with damn mites..altho I didn't get a good I.D. on what brand of the lil bastards I won..but not until I bought the product below..Organishield!...Was using Azamax... Mammoth..homemade green cleaner and was losing big time...This organishield smacked there ass around...Three treatments and they was gone...Been using it about once a week now and no problems. I was right on the border of doing what your saying. Took what @BH was saying to heart and bought a microscope that takes good pics for the next time I battle..A fresh start is a breath of fresh air sometimes...Best of luck man...maybe someone else can chime in on the organishield...can't believe how well and fast it worked...But again I have no idea what type of mite I was battling...I just know they were some Sparta ass 300 type bastards and this demolished em

I have to admit that orange Terpenes are some I do like. I've only had that once and the guy said it was "Orange Kush" but really I've got no idea. I kinda feel like people add the weird Kush to things the way they do cookies so it sells better, and I'm not even sure Orange Kush is even a strain lol. The only strain I have right now that has Orange on the front end is Sin City Juice but she's not flowering as of yet. Haven't tried it before so I'm excited.

Frimpong that looks so good! Hope you'll give a run down on taste when she's ready

I will say that if you have/had beneficial mites they are/were feeding on something. Some will alternate to pollen but by definition in our realm if they are beneficial, they predominantly feed on pests. IMO large populations of any insect, pest or beneficial is cause for action.

There probably won't be good ones if they have nothing to eat.

Well that def explains quite a bit . I had quite the uptick in gnats when that heat came. And obviously pollen is around. Appreciate it man ?

Tbh I disagree , at least for these species of mites
‘’it was only a decomposition eating medium based mite . If we didn’t have these mites the worms would be in trouble and also our soils would be a graveyard of crap, like many things these mites do a circle of life to keep organics broken down and dead things.this mite doesn’t even go for other alive bugs. This kind of mite is 100% wanted in organic living mediums

tbh people who go organics or growing in general need to realize it’s not if u get bugs that get ur garden it’s what Bugs exactly but also the factor before ag. these bugs are always here . it’s just most of the time they are under the ground. not like they have to show off and say high to the grower to function?

honestly over cleaning and trying to become “sterile” and killing things is why we even have pest pressure issues, balance of everything like microbes is the balance to not get fucked if that makes any sense. if you didn’t have the beneficial bacteria/fungi those unwanted/bad bacteria/fungi would wipe ya out in a instant and ever before you “kill” them, shoot if you lose ur natural immunity or ba , so why with bugs want to kill them if these bugs are helping ya? i would have a good ipm like I suggested and know these bugs are ur bennies/decompose in stomach u are soo fucked.. same with everything we depend on decompose bacteria/bugs and anything that does those actions

just saying

if it was me I would try to keep the good bugs and anything in ur medium alive. right now I even put worms and rove, and h miles in my medium and even when I close up shop. As long as i chop the plant and let the root mass and misc stay. Whatcha know by the time I redo garden the worms and decompost population 100% ate it and are still there for most part. it would be so costly to reintroduce but also sad if I I’m killing a population that took awhile to get at that. Like many things it’s not instant ( this is also why I re-use my medium) . I would suggest letting medium stay alive and not dry over season . without that I was rebuying stuff and never got to this level of natrual defense and natrual break down /composting in my medium. Seeing is believing !

By my interpretation that type of mite would neither be beneficial or pest but part of the balance you mention. I was jumping to conclusions abut the numbers of bugs observed and action could just be further investigation of the unexplained population.

i sent a email to a bug expert (evergreen ) and explained where pest was/found, macro by frim and got a bug Id and asked for mode of action and what kind of mite. This is what they said and also said it was zero to worry since it’s just a decomposting eating mite and its function isn’t to eat alive bugs or roam to anywhere but medium . these similiar mite live on my worm bin and they do the same thing. Eat the dead and decomposing organics
