Gorilla Glue #4 AUTO

Day 10 above ground except for the little girl.
They all had great root structure in the plugs before going into cups so I'm guessing she just got turned around for a couple days..

The leaves seem to be curling down a tad but I'm new to the indoor scene so I'm not 100% sure on that.

Setup is a 3x3 tent with Mars Hydro TSW-2000 about 5 inches above, RH @ 60%+-, RT @ 73-80, oscillating fan always on..
FFOF in cups.

I don't feel like I'm over or under watering and the led is only about 60% and produces almost no heat so I doubt they're getting too hot..

Let know what you think if I'm all good or not..

Cheers.

Your actually going to want to try and get your temps up a bit. Plants in veg under LEDs prefer higher canopy temps. I usually shoot for 85-89. That's why your seeing the purpling on the new growth.

Also don't wait too long to up pot. Not sure how familiar you are with autos, so apologies if this is redundant info, but many autos will flower early if the tap root bottoms out.

No apology necessary..
I'll take all the suggestions and passed on knowledge I can get.. That's why I'm here.. ?
I was planning on transplanting into their 5 gallon forever home at 14 days..
I'll turn my heater up a couple degrees for sure.. ?

It’s been years since running fox farms but i know some people have problems with it being too hot for some seedlings and use happy frog or something else for those first couple weeks. They do look a little over fed but should pull through. With autos time is critical so hopefully they snap out of it soon and take off for you.

I put a small pocket in the middle of my pot of just seedling mix to start my Autos and even Photos to avoid hot mix early . You just water minimum and central till the roots break through . Just a suggestion 22E803CE-C70C-450C-B299-484A3BD7BEDB.jpeg B1FD05AA-ED4B-45F9-A2E9-03E9E533649E.jpeg AAC1BFD0-50F6-4B77-9BC9-9F96A987E5E3.jpeg

FF/HF can run hot. Also for autos, plant in end container (3.5-5 gallon). Solo cups stunt root growth.....you want thriving root structure spreading out. If grown in quality medium, no need to add amendments until bloom stage, and diluted. Cramped roots, over fertilizing/over watering = less than stellar yield. Good luck!

So I actually let the soil almost completely dry out and they perked right up.. I guess I just wasn't giving them enough drying time before adding more moisture..
Hopefully it was just this simple of a fix.. We'll see.

If you do have to transplant an auto make sure you have some Great White handy and cover the root ball in it. You just have to be as careful as possible. I've successfully transplanted autos that did better than those I started in 3-5 gallon grow bags. Treat them like a newborn baby when u transplant and you shouldn't have much if any issues. That being said, if you don't have to transplant an auto, don't do it. If you have the room to start autos in their final homes then that's the way to go... that's the rule of thumb. Some people say autos are for beginners or newbs but they are damn hard to figure out. They are finicky and the whole time you're trying to get them through veg while they're finicky they are like a ticking timebomb. Come day 35 or so, if you don't have the finicky knocked out of them it's gonna be a small, larfy harvest almost everytime. Once you figure them out though they are very rewarding.

Spot on . Quite often I’ve found less is best . Set the soil correctly to start with and just leave them be . Don’t try to overthink shit or tweak them for quicker growth or whatever . Usually when problems occur I’ve found it’s nearly always grower error . If you disrupt them by the time they recover it’s all over . They’re really not that hard unless you wanna make it that way .
