I just trimmed the sour this weekend actually. She’s finicky and I didn’t give her everything she wanted but she’s fire anyway. I took her around day 75. I’ve only sampled a little right when I chopped and it’s potent with a sour astringent gas
GMO RB is a banger too. She stretches and get lanky but puts out lots of nugs

Or maybe you have to take it all the way to 12wks, or maybe a combination of both?....or is this cut supposed to be different? ..I must admit not studying the Sour again recently.
Figured you might not have a full taste test done, since you harvested recently, but thanks for the initial thoughts!

GMO x RB Sounds GMO dominant, for sure, from what you described of the smell and now the structure.
I remember watching GMO stretch and stretch like "this isn’t gonna give shit"...then it was a very pleasant surprise how she finished.
Then I fucked her, trying to cob her harvest lol
May yours come out, and stay, unfucked !

Yeah she’s definitely the legit sour, and grown properly will fully give up the goods. I underfed her and chopped her a little early to put her out of her misery lol. I’ll give a report after shes cured a bit
GMO RB is definitely GMO dom. Listening to Mean Gene, he’s said that the Rootbeer comes out when grown outside, whereas inside, it adds more of a sweetness to GMO.
I used to have a saying with my buddies…plant the seed then fuck the plant, but that was pertaining to the opposite sex lol

My neighbor situation isn’t what it was so I need to be more careful. I would like to do a few plants outside, dep style. GMO RB could be a candidate just to see if the flavor expression changes

Haha. Cloning is my kryptonite so any time I see roots it’s a big deal ?. I just got a heat mat with an adjustable temp so that might help

I’m shutting my flower tent down for July and August so they’ll be the last run until September

Man I’ve been mulling this since you posted it… This could be a pretty good power savings for me. It would have to be mid July to mid September with what I have… buy a 2 x 4 for the veg and do a couple autos… maybe 2 on the back deck… Keep the 4 moms I have in smalls… I could call it “Survive til September”… ?…
