Is this PM?!??

I just noticed this tonight on a Lift Ticket plant in the flower room. Is it powdery mildew and is the plant lost or can I salvage it? It’s about 2 1/2 weeks from harvest, so I’m freaking out a little. It wasn’t in just one spot either, it was in various spots and I clipped all that I found.

if you aren’t spraying things that do not put residue that put white base, however when you look at your plants, it’s only showing on one spot and that makes me def suspect pm

pm once infected , you really should ditch the plant (meaning I wouldn’t keep clones of her or def check if the ”cloned” are infected” after this Inless the mother not infected .
you don’t want a plant that could reinfect the next round or infect any other pheno’s. Think of that plant as aid’s to the other plants and a population base for the mold. thing is you don’t even see that ph intill a few days after its been infected , it’s not infected instantly and biggest thing to not have is good resistant and healthy plants and good air flow.



in order to conquer this “pm” to harvest , I would suggest using Potassium bicarbonate (apply every 5-7 day, up to harvest)

make sure your airflow is good

As preventative biofungicde ( you need to apply this before infected) = do this next round and do a little research on it ( if it was me) a SAR fungicide prevents and truly does works and gives you better yields, how can ask for more? I want healthy plants . once I started using Regalia on my veggies and fruit and cannabis/hemp the mold and issues went to 1% vs when I’m outdoors since I’m in a high rain and low temp after oct state I was ultra impressed cause I def have never seen any other product improve The defense as that and reduce ,certain veggies def families def are susceptible and in the last 2 years I’ve been using regalia = no pm or other issues

@Burned Haze can the Green Cure be applied to a budded plant safely? I mean, I’m probably just gonna toss the plant, I’m just curious. Looks like I’ll be bleaching both rooms and spraying all the plants in the veg room. I have two Sin N Juice plants in the bud room, but they’ve only been in for a week, they’ll get sprayed too.
Between this and aphids, I’m on the verge of a complete reset ?

you could get greencure and be able to fight/defend till harvest for only 20 bucks easily. That stuff is cheap and easily findable (hydrostore,Amazon , shoot I think Home Depot even has it )

to your question , greencure is 100% accepted to be used on cannabis in all rec/medical and in logical for floweralll the way to harvest . look at sulphur yes you can use it and it’s allowed, but you can’t use it beyond 2-4th week of bloom and if you have used any oil based things like neem within 3 weeks you can’t also use that . kinda makes it a monopoly and when you need to defend against the pm and molds . you don’t have to kill your plant cause when I have had infected plants outdoors this is exactly the method I did and I won the battle till harvest. Meaning the pm can’t grow cause I sprayed every 5-7 days or if I saw it start growing . The way the “greencure “ works is has such a high ph it doesn’t allow the mold conquer and populate .

tip with it since greencure “burns pistils” just stop on the last week. I always suggest apply all foliars 1-3 hours before lights off and make sure you use good quality water . Should be game after that

it just temporary burns the pistil, not the trich, it will recover very fast and the key with the greencure before that to get it all the way to the end. I suggest 1.5 tablespoon. Per gal and make sure you have good air flow and don’t let your touch

X2 on the Green Cure to get you to the finish line. Be sure to clean out the tent/space really well including wiping down all equipment/lights/fans/timers etc once everything is done and ready for another run. Replace inlet ducting and any other thing that you cant clean thoroughly. You can get an OMRI systemic fungicide to use on your plants in veg as part of your maintenance program if you find it keeps returning even after thorough cleaning & dialing in exhaust, RH and air exchange. You can also do a "bud wash" with a mix of H2o2 and water then dry like normal if you wanted to save the affected buds? Theres a handfull of videos showing how to easily do it for the cost of a $1 bottle of 3% h2o2 from the drugstore.

Dam bro sorry to hear this news, I absolutely detest PM, I've had It hit twice in late flower, you can wash the whole plant in a dilute peroxide solution, then rinse it really well, it's definitely a last ditch effort to save some smoke, but it does work, the plant I washed tasted clean AF and was still plenty potent, I ended up going with silica in my feed and foliar applications as a preventative for PM, that more fans, and doing my damndest to stay in the green zone on the vpd chart, I've also gone to keeping the room at a constant temp, no swings at lights off helps keep the humidity from spiking at night, just my few cents sir and again sorry for the shitty luck.

Sorry to hear . Been growing twenty years or so and have never actually had pm . Not sure why but I am in a basement and have always stayed dialed in . I do however use a couple dif prevent sprays that help w insects as well . Neem is always a great option and have used for years . Here are the other two I use . I make sure I do it every other or every third night . Hope this helps ?
I basically blast all the plants from underneath during lights out .

Thanks to everyone for the input. I will probably just toss the plant as I still have plenty of stash from my outdoor crop this year. The next step is to figure out how I got it. My room is 72 at lights out and around 80 lights on. Humidity is actually stupid low. 35% at lights off and I’ve seen it down to 20% when on.

Changing the inlet duct isn’t an option. When I built the rooms, I put all the ducting behind the drywall.....

Sorry for the pm headache bro...I have never had to deal with it and I have to say I believe my use of Dyna Gro Pro Tekt is probably a major reason why it doesn't show up. Even with the hundreds of different strains I have run over the years I'm sure there were some that are susceptible to pm issues but the Pro Tekt really does increase your plants ability to remain disease and pest free!

It’s a clone, but I did grow out the mom with no issues. The mom was used for the pHenohunter 420 grow. The only thing that I can think of, is I changed up my feed regimen and dropped the silica supplement. No other plant is showing any signs of pm.

I really hate that PM. I just went thru this and the number 1 thing that worked was Green Cure. It will darken the hairs but you'll get new ones. You'll harvest it. You will need to wash it with H202 mixed 2 oz to the gallon of water. You can even wash the trim.
Some plants are more susceptible to pm than others. I wish you luck, the shit is a pita.

I've not had to wash for pm before, knocks on wood, I wash mine just to clean them of any foliar, dust, or any other shit. Lol.
I have had PM outdoors before though, ended up tossing that one after repeated attempts to get rid of it. Lol.
When I wash a plant I use the hall bath shower usually, filling the tub, sloshing them around a good bit, playing with the buds and all that, and then draining with a shower rinse of each one thoroughly afterwards.

I've had one outdoor plant that was like that a good few yrs back, nothing would keep it from coming back during veg, and during flower it got worse. So I tossed that fucker in the trash. Lol. No one else got it, figured it had to be the plants being weak n shit. Lol.

your "stupid low humidity" is hurting your plants exterior leaf health and could very easily make it susceptible to PM....I have never had to run my Humidity lower than 50% in the last couple of decades except for a Sweet tooth #4 pheno that grew solid like a traffic cone and when I did run it below 40% everything else suffered including that Sweet tooth pheno.
