❄️🔥💎 FORAGER of FIRE 💎🔥❄️
This photo awkwardly composed and is indeed hard to look at, bare with me ;specifically it is the colour I am regarding.

These are green right down to the dirt. That seems to be the way it goes around here.
What is the Bro Science on the importance of fading, anyway?
Essentially, I don't think I am doing anything different than anybody else.
It seems with the bunny turd , these things hold green for 11+ weeks.
Is this an indication of excessive nitrogen?
Is there a downside here?

Anywho, they are crashing like thatched dominos.

I am thinking that is DosiCake

I am hesitant to say for certain because the last time I grew this I did not get much more than a quarter ounce off of the whole plant.
I will find out tomorrow. It maps out as Dosicake, yet still I am surprised.

Ide say it's mostly due to temps..I always get that wicked fade, My grow area is very limited and small and lights on temps get pretty high at times..In my mind I've figured if I can cool that rootzone temp way down during lights off the better I'll be during lights on..Who knows how correct I am.. Average 84 to 90 lights on ...65 to 72 lights off with the help of a AC...Also completely cut all nitrogen the last two weeks which also leads to a fade..Does it affect how potent the smoke is...Hell I don't think so honestly...Can't say for sure, been doing it this way for so long I don't know any other way

Interesting.
Your soil is accumulating heat during the day, and your nights allow the battery to drain.
My situation is kind of the opposite, where I am using the common bed as a bank to hold heat
In the dead of winter, my garden is 4 hours away from frozen solid, at any given time.

Most of my efforts revolve around creating, retaining, and distributing heat.

When I grew in pails, cold temps would wilt the foliage down, during lights out.
dirt temp = room temp
Got bouts of PM

Now, I keep it warmer, and force hot air under the common beds.
At the same room temp ( say 13 C) plants will not wilt if I keep the beds over 16-17 C
Canopy temp < dirt temp
No wilt, no PM
Also, I find dry plants wilt faster in coldness.
After mucking around over the last few winters I truly believe warm plants finish faster.

I didnt expect much from this.
Any plant relegated to the dreaded 'back corner' does not often fare too well.
Surprised to see that she branched out big time.
Cleaned up nice and tight, considering the sativa tendencies.

let me know where the starting line is

This would be my first non-documented grow. These were germinated under 12·12 around my birthday. Should be about 100 days now.
Started under 2 x 400 and have been single 400mh for a few weeks.
Just too hot. No spring this year. We went from frost warning to 30C all at the same time.

C·99 vegged slow and swelled nicely at the end
C·102 seemed the strongest of my bunch.

Then there is this POS,,,
Veg'd okay, atrocious in flower.

No sense calling by name.
It is not from anyone on this site, and I don't believe they are still available for sale.

Looks exactly how Bandaid Haze grew out. That was the most disappointing strain I have ever ran. Sorry to hear man.

That was the most disappointing strain

If I can search the whole pack for the best one, sooner or later I will encounter the worst one.

That was a fem, and they are rare around here. I'll be popping the rest

This 12:12 from seed would take some getting used to. My timing was all off.
I am shy to give small plants strong drink, and they could have used it. They were sexing out by 4 weeks,,, at 6 inch tall
I was also afraid they would grow to be Giant trees, and they certainly did not. I don't think I have anything over two foot.
20230615_085916_HDR.jpg at that size I could have fit twice as many

Typical of most
Untopped, little branching, dominant lead.

Flavor seems to matter more perhaps cause of the condensed timeline. Haven't done much with high N but might be worth a shot?

Shoulda brought some leds, next time.

Heat just got turned on yesterday afternoon, was something like 3° the previous night, today was over 25° today. The wetness has been ridiculous too, over 5.5 in (14cm?) For the month so far. If was guessing the snow totals I'd say we are over for the year there too. Few wildflowers yet either, too cool I think, cannabis not happy either, hail (pea size). Full heat commin' next week, supposedly.

Gonna hitchhike home now.

I know this post was a few months ago, but did you make LA Affie x Dank Sinatra? Was it the clone only LA Affie or the S1?

I've been thinking of making this one myself. I've got some of Cannaventure's LA Affie S1 and some Dank Sinatra F2.

Literally took me a couple a few years to put those together.

Near same.
Heathen and @OldG hooked me up.
Was Cannaventure Affie S1 and CountyLine F4.

but did you make LA Affie x Dank Sinatra
I did
( had to go shuck them, to make certain I didn't tell a lie)

The Dank male took and produced on a few lucky ladies.
Absolutely itch'n to bury a few of those LA Dog x Dank Sinatra

I am going to go ahead and call that a superlative benediction.

Most folks, suffixing a story like that, have just had the worst day of their life.

Lucky to have met you, and I know this is not the case.

A retired friend of mine Winters in Baja Penisula, Mexico, he once related this story to me, about an interesting day at the beach.
He met a rescued Seafarer, literally still dripping wet, who had just lost his home/ vessel. Rather than despair, the wet guy had an aura of enthusiasm. He was feeling the unencumberment of rebirth.

There can be a unique serenity accompanying chaos, sometimes you just have to crack the adventure door open, 'lil bit. Capture+_2020-12-02-10-24-46.png
