Limoncello Recipe Hunt

Only method i know of involves hanging fresh organic lemons in cheese cloth suspended over the everclear but not touching in a sealed jar for like 6 months. Keep dark at room temp. You will know when it is ready for next step when the lemons are completely white. Thèn you mix with simple syrup to taste. Then enjoy.
 
The recipe that I know is add lemon zest to the everclear. Let it steep at room temperature for a week, add simple syrup to taste, then strain off the solids.
