Primal Candy #4 x Honey Sundae @GthaEnigma
Honey Sundae x 7 Hills
(GG4s1 x Tomahawk) x 7 Hills
Twinklehawk
(Graveyard Whistler x Cookies 'n Chem) x (GG4s1 x Tomahawk)
Nepal Highland (chunky pheno)

Will be prepping the shed with a bug bomb, some sulfur burns, cleaning, filter changes... Gotta finish building the light too. These will move in around mid October. Haven't quite decided how I'm gonna manage them, depends how many I cull/kill.

35/36 cracked or had tails this morning. Only one of the PC4 x HS hadn't shown signs of life yet. It was pale but passed the squeeze test before the soak.

Did a bug bomb under the shed and a sulfur burn inside yesterday. Gonna set the blusoak hose up with one carrot and no dripper in the 3x3 bed. Need to order a 2x4 and will set it up the same way, plantings will be about 8in apart.

Gotta come up with something shorter for this Gluechem Terpcookie OG doesn't exactly roll of the tongue either but I might have to roll with it if noone has anything better?

Graveyard Whistler is Ghost Town f2 x Swayze

Seeing the words - graveyard - ghost town - tomahawk -, the first thing that comes to mind is a burial mound.
When searching Indian burial mounds, one of the first results is "Toltec Mounds".
You could shorten to "Toltec" and confuse the hell out of any future strain genealogist that's trying to make sense of things... ?

It's not necessarily other people I'm worried about, lol, but yeah, I'm looking for something that draws to correct enough info.

It's got a lot of Greenpoint in it but I don't like how that guy operates so I don't feel like giving him headline I also don't want it to look like I found my own stardawg. Terpcookie OG is just me being snarky but
That’s actually a really good name!
I think, You’ll be hard pressed to find anything more fitting as well!…
the more I think about it, I think it will stay. I said it out loud and didn't fall to floor laughing and it actually kind does roll off the tongue.

Lost a Nepal Highland and 12/13 on the PC4 x HS. One Twinklehawk and a HS x 7 Hills are looking like they will get culled. All 3 (GG4s1 x TH) x 7 Hills look strong, even the one that kicked its shell off while still soaking. Only had 3 beans, there wasn't many more on the whole plant plant but I lost a few and a few got mixed up. Those probably hold the most anticipation.

Gave a shot of ferti nitro plus and super k fulvate a couple days ago, fed all the houseplants at the same time.

Just put them under some cob lights before taking the pick, several got kinda floppy cause I didn't get them deep enough and/or didn't get the t5s down on them quick enough.

Wrapped up the new light. 20 cxb3590 in 3500K, 5 cxb3590 in 5000K, running at ~932W max. The other rig is 15 cob mix of 3500 and 4000 iirc @360W max.

Decided to mount the drivers to the light frame.

Got the beds soaking a couple days ago too.

Need to get the Bluesoak hose installed in the 2x4, gonna use a 4 line manifold instead of snaking it back and forth like the 3x3. Also need to get the supply lines figured out.

Ended up getting the ac infinity circulator fans and controller 69, picked up a couple outlets as well to take full advantage of the controller. Need to build some mounting points for the fans to clip to then I can mount the new light.

Need to mount the new light and start getting this room warmed back up. I've had to checkerboard the seedlings into two flats, when they outgrow that arrangement its time for transplant.

Figuring out the numbers (33) and it's looking like 3 rows of 5 in the 2x4 and 4 rows of 4 plus one random plant in the 3x3.

If I get them planted next Friday that gives 10 days for them to acclimate before flip. Really hoping for a killer male.

I should mention I was wearing acetylene welding goggles during the shakedown. If the neighbors were awake they might have suspected a poltergeist.

Amazing led build ! That’s some heavy duty stuff , much respect SS1

I LOVE IT!!!!! That kicks ass. Amazing design and build brother!
Thank you both, I try to take the best of what I see from others on here and incorporate it into my garden. I was low on PAR Watts/sq. ft. I plan to get a pulse pro, but it will have to wait. I'll set up based off what my old rig puts out as measured by my phone app. My objective is to improve the depth of canopy. On a smaller footprint my old rig could give 2ft of canopy depth not at max watts. On the larger scale the hanging distance had to increase to match the footprint. Turing up the volume is a solution, but really it's limiting factor was physical size. I don't want 40 different lights so I have 2 big rigs with 40 "strategically" placed individual lights.

Tomorrow is transplant day. This shot was at lights out.

Got the Blusoak system set today. Talked to the place I ordered it from and asked if keep moving the long carrot and short carrot closer together and the system is working better (this is what I did last run) Why not use just one long carrot? and BTW I'm thing about dropping the drippers too. The guy said that would be bulletproof and in fact they were working on something like that so they could get kits with fewer parts into grow stores so the grow stores didn't have to stock so many odds and ends.

They are also working on some new videos for setting the system up that will is supposed to prevent runaway watering. It's a lot of really specific shit so if you wanna know just ask or look for new videos from www.sustainablevillage.com
Here is the 2x4 before I buried the hose-

After
20221017_215322.jpg

Made a quick repair to the dehumidifier, buttons weren't working anymore so I replaced the keypad.
20221017_201235.jpg

When I first turned the new light on over the 3x3 I knew it wasn't as even distribution as I wanted. I kept making it bigger and bigger and woha wouldn't you know it it's dim in the middle, readings confirmed it.

So I drilled a couple new sets of holes and played a game of musical heatsinks.

I wanted the new light to be a little bluer that the old one, that's why I went with the 5000K instead of the 4000K. What I forgot was I used a mix of 2700K and 3000K for the rest, not 3500K. If it becomes a problem I'll have to order up 8-10 2700K cobs to add in / swap out.

Also put some flex duct on my air intake filter fan so I could route the outlet to a location that wouldn't blow on the plants.

I'll set up the dehumidifier, swamp cooler (humidifier), air intake and one of the circulator fans on the new controller tomorrow.
