We're along the Valley too, my old lady is big into horses around here, might've run across y'all at some point, small world! There is a guy up on the Mountain here that has Fairfax FourWay...he grows that and White Widow...mixes it together...sells 250.00 oz
Have not seen it in a few years but heard recently he was still at it.
Grew up in Fairfax area...moved out to the Shenandoah Valley so I could buy acreage for my horses...pretty familiar with what goes on around here.
The only skunk around here is the Appalachian Skunk and it is locked down hard...only finished product is sold...never found a seed.
I was on the Shenandoah river yesterday and today too. Damn didn’t see anybody with free weed. lol maybe next time.
I was up on an island where everyone was pulled over off to myself smoking a bit...a few people came over...(I never smoke after/with someone...long before covid, so I cut joints in half or give them a bud)...all of a sudden a lot of people came over and I was handing out buds to them and they used beer cans...it was pretty wild...pretty far from the normal for me as I am pretty quiet about smoking and definitely don't go whipping or handing out weed to strangers on the river...I had that on me because I intended to stop at my friends who lives along the float route of the river to give it to him...pretty crazy how it turned out...this is not me normally.I was on the Shenandoah river yesterday and today too. ISO a source of beans for any of these local heirloom strains, a cursory search had yielding dead ends, curious if anyone on this great site has stumbled across/grown out any of these gals! Seems like most have gone back into obscurity or cut
Appreciate it, man, I'll do some digging myself and see what I can turn up.Micheal Pham was live the other night discussing genetics and had a guest on. Ed something or other, I'll have to go back and see. He's up in Maine now, but was one of the original holders of vb ghani and that is all he still works with. I got kicked out of that fb group for telling someone they was an asshole and I don't do Instagram. Or much social media for that matter, but I'll see if I can get the info.
As we have discussed here before...Matt Riot is a reliable source for heroin, meth, methadone and bullshit.I grew up smoking the Fairfax 4-way. My buddy had a pretty decent connect but I never knew the source.. The only thing I knew. .The buds were light green rock hard and it had the most foul skunked out flower smell of anything. The stone was off the charts indica couch lock. Lots of days spent playing golden eye and blazing the way.. Riot Seeds has the 4-Play (Fairfax cut x Blue Bonnet). I spoke to him and it seems semi legit. I ordered the seeds as the 4 way is my Great white buffalo strain. If coastal or cricket and cicada release it again I'm all over it..
Blue Mountain? Like West, VA? My connect did move up there for a bit. 90's LoCo, VA for me homie.. Amazing how many solid breeders came out of VA.As we have discussed here before...Matt Riot is a reliable source for heroin, meth, methadone and bullshit.
I too grew up smoking ffax4way as I grew up in Arcola/Chantilly in the 80s.
There is a guy up on Blue Mountain that still has it, but I do not know him...he supposed grows only the ffax4way and white widow and mixes them and sells it that way.
No, Blue Mountain is in Markham/Linden area of Rt 66 West before the Shenandoah River and I-81.Blue Mountain? Like West, VA? My connect did move up there for a bit. 90's LoCo, VA for me homie.. Amazing how many solid breeders came out of VA.
Ahh gotcha.. I like Linden really pretty area.. LoCo was popping off.. Ashburn was the hot place.. AOL ruled the area.. Crazy how much it's changed. You won't see any Datacenters in Middleburg or anywhere near Horse country.. Too much Mars money out thereNo, Blue Mountain is in Markham/Linden area of Rt 66 West before the Shenandoah River and I-81.
Yes Loudoun is nothing now like it was when I grew up there...we have even waged Civil War in the Middleburg Hunt between the Old and the New!
