I ran a DIY Bridgelux EB build for a couple of grows and it works well. I was on and off again looking at HLG but, every time I was ready to buy they would be out of stock. So I paid a little more and got this one shipped to me in no time.Seen some really nice grows under those lights...DIY will always be the best option but SF is hard to beat for a plug and play light.
The manual says it allows for the connection of multiple lights to be controlled by one dimmer and dimmed simultaneously. What are the functions for the ethernet ports? Do they have a grow interface now? or a controller?
Yea I run 2 of these on my main flower room. If I didnt go down the plug and play road, those SF4000's were gonna be the ones I grabbed.I ran a DIY Bridgelux EB build for a couple of grows and it works well. Yup! There is a factory grommet covering an adjustment screw on the driver. It can be turned up or down. For me, I left it at what it was set at from Spider Farmer just to see what she can do. Cranking up to 100% on the external dimmer and it is putting me at 208 watts at the wall.I have a question that's a n ELG 240 ab driver which in some of the other drivers I think you can turn them up internally the 240 part used to mean you in theory could turn them up to 240 w. then use the external dimmer to dim them ? just curious
Just as advertised that looks like a nice light I have a California light works that is 200w but to dim it or change light spectrum it requires their special control that cost $170 so I ran it WFO I'm seriously thinking of firing it up for a 3rd tent it actually performs good for 200w. been keeping it for a back up what I like about your light is the even spread of light over your area which translates to uniform growthYup! For me, it's still working great. I'm in my third flowering cycle with them and couldn't be happier.longer distance stance review on the Lights ? I saw a few bad reviews but like so many things , if it’s still almost 5/5 stars (Amazon)and they sell shit tons of them , prolly still good?
