Interesting, though I think with rosin it would have to be winterized the wax/lipids will be an issue.

First off failure is not that bad thing it's made out to be as we all know. As long as we fail fast and fail forward, we continuously learn and discover new things.

As stated the wax/lipids make this a no go. Definitely needs to be winterized. So there I am back to the beginning, as I dont want solvents...

I'm thinking of trying to warm up the rosin put it in a syringe, and see if I can get through a syringe filter once I get them.

Ya I thought I could heat it up enough to get it less viscous, get it in the syringe, and in the cart, barely got it in syringe...I was thinking of adding these terps to thin it out, it kinda works...tasted good... but that doesn't solve the clogging of the wick, maybe a better cart is needed also... I think it really needs winterized...

The hash kids are shady about giving out details. They always say just play with it with any question I ever ask them.
To make solventless carts you have to steam distill the terps and then reintroduce Duce to get the right consistency. Here’s a link about it, 4 paragraph down.

Also when I search for how to make Rosin carts mechanical fractioning videos come up but doesn’t say it will work for carts. Everything is a secret with concentrates and it’s kind of annoying.

I was just getting ready to recommend that thread over at RIU. The most real life knowledge i have seen to date on making carts. I wanted to do it but it is so complicated and involved i desided against it. Thread name( home made oil for your vape pen )or something similar to that name. You go go and some others are real pioneers with this stuff and anyone interested in making them should read that thread in its entirety.
