Still hold this as a project but after looking at the chemistry it won't be with the two materials I have on hand. They just don't play well together so I figure the best option is one gets the top side of the leaf and the other the bottom.

Never used lacewigs before so I decided to give em a whirl, got eggs on cards pretty cheap ($15) for more than enough to cover the area. Hit everything with the hose a day or so before releasing.

Flipped the shed yesterday.


Looks like I'm going with purple stem Gorilla Bubble for the F3. Nose is noticibly closer to gg4 imo than the others. Currently have two males and two females and a handful of the green and mixed. Probably chop 3 more males by day's end. The green ones are leaning more pine and mint. The purple are more chocolate/earthy.

If I do lacewigs again I'll go for the ones in sawdust or rice hulls or whatever vs the onea on cards. It seemed like I set a feast out for some the other bugs. Didn't get a chance to id (at least two different ones I think) but they would be on the cards and when they flew away there was a bare spot.

Smokey here, ash on stuff this morning, wind was pretty brutal yesterday, bent two plants over.

Sulfur burn yesterday at lights out, Ca and Fe foliars today at lights out. Going through about 2.7L per day (2 gal pot). Measured flow is still ~300ml/min.

Top dressed outdoor yesterday and today I filled in a couple holes left by males that were culled with the last two copies of GB No.2. The two wide leaf plants are Zug Island
