AppleD Amateur Hour

My first thoughts personally would be CalMag. Id at least check the water and medium pH to prevent lockout. There are fungal diseases like septoria but if I recall they usually have darker edges. Septoria does mimic nutrient deficiencies.

Roughly week 3 for veg. Coming along nicely. Leaving all in either 1 gal or 2 gal. Going to do some light defoliation and take cuts next week. Flip to 12/12 the week after.

Dont feel like uploading pics of all the plants, but below are a couple to give an idea of size and what I am working with.

20260204_205030.jpg

Pogpb #1 - in 1 gal. Going to flip to 12/12 with next 2 weeks. Based on veg structure front runner of the group

20260204_204957.jpg

Pogpb #6 - 1 gal. Kept in the solo cup for way too long. Trying not to hold the veg structure against the plant.

20260204_205101.jpg

Pogpb #3 - 1 gal - esponded well to topping. If the final product is good, could see this one getting run again.

Bc x Pigs in blanket #1 - 2 gal. Probably going to kick up the nutes in next feeding. Going to need to trim some of the fan leafs, but great node spacing.

Went to go set up my flower tent and found out all my tents are 80" tall and my basement ceiling is too low...had to order a new shorter tent, but got it all set up. Flipped to 12/12 this past weekend. As always wished I would have done a little bit of training amd/or uppotted one more size, but you live and you learn.

Back left two - BC x Pigs in a blanket
Front Left - strawberry Truffle
Rest - POGPB.

Got nervous that I had a little PM in my clones so scrapped all cuts. Had a 100% rooting so took a cut of each before flipping and am rolling the dice.

Order ya some good spray bottles and Potassium bicarbonate....I mix it 5 grams per gallon .with a little wetting agent of your choice...Spray that mist anytime PM pops up..Goes away overnight..I flooded the hell out of my basement and ended up with PM a few days later..It started getting bad on a few plants..That knocked it straight out and didn't bother the plants at all

Thank you for the tip!

Not too much happening on my end. 1 week down since the 1212 flip. Turned down the lights a little. A couple of the plants seemed to be getting a little light stress. After the stretch going to get some milk crates in for the smaller plants to sit on.

based on veg two standout plants:

Bc x Pigs in a blanket from Deebs - no real training and just has a great structure naturally. A little nervous that I didnt uppot before flipping. Hopefully 2 gals is enough. 20260311_222328.jpg

Strawberry Truffle - once again practically no training. Plant had a lot of vigor out the gate. Aligns with my experience with WT crosses, where it doesn't have a good structure for topping and prefers LST.

Alot of time to see how they all turn out. Excited to see what this funky bunch puts out.

Day 15 since flip to 12/12. In an effort to use this to keep my notes.

Below are POPB 1-6. 4 and 5 look pretty rough. Going to let dry out and then pump full of nutes. #5 was knocked over by accident and a little nervous it should probably get pitched. Using this as a note to myself that 3-5 probably should get culled. Unless final product is on point, thinking i wont keep any of these around long term.

Bellow are BC x Pig's in a blanket 1&2 - very excited to see final product from both.
20260317_205353.jpg

Strawberry Truffle - this girl showed the most vigor. Probably won't keep it around due to the massive fan leafs.

Easily saved. Just wrap some tape around it. I've had much bigger splits from top weight, and doing lst...used plant tape, good as new, healed right up, sooner you get to it the better the results
Hell plant tape is probably the best thing..Ive used duct tape.. Electrical tape..Bread ties..wire..wrapped yarn..all kinds of crap. Whatever was close at the time lol.. Amazing how fast plants heal

That is no joke! 🤣 Stickers, string tie, shit I've even used a band aid ><. I keep a roll of plant tape in the room now though.

Feel like the quiet before the storm. Week 4 since flip to 12/12. This is where the fun begins and see what the plants are actually about.

First Pic - Strawberry Truffle, BcxPIB 1, and BCxPIB 2

2nd pic - POGPB 1-3

3rd Pic - POGPB 4-620260331_202553.jpg

Ended up using painting tape on the BCxPIB 2 which split. Hopefully it bounces back.

Making a point to take off a couple fan leaves everyday.

On nanner watch for the next couple of weeks. Two plants in particular give me a little pause that nanners may be coming.

Had a little bit of bugs, so on Sunday I watered with Hydrogen Peroxide and am now letting them all get over dry to make sure they dont come back. Painful watching my plants need water and not feed them. Going to stay strong for one more day.

One of the plants is feeling really dry and over the last two days is showing darkening on the bigger fan leafs. Thinking it is phosphorus deficiency, but would love some feedback.20260408_201559.jpg

Have you checked your pH? Typically that's the first thing I would check. Then I would look at the EC/PPM compare that to how you feed them and can assess over under feeding that way. Overly dry roots will cause some of the yellowing I would think, as will pest pressure. Magnesium/Phosphorus was the first thing that came to mind here also. I also thought about potassium or calcium but thought I would see more brown tips/edges.

For all 1 and 2 gal's, this group isnt looking too bad.

Already pulled 3 of the pogpb

A couple different POGPB - most likely get the chop in about a week.

Two different BC x Pigs in a blanket.
The second one never really recovered from when the stem split from lst during flower. About 2 weeks until harvest.

20260505_214840.jpg20260505_214546.jpg

Strawberry Truffle - about 2-3 weeks until chop.
