Bob Bitchen’s?

@BobBitchen you recognize these skis? they were on the wall of a brewery in Denver. these were the first skis I bought at a thrift store. k2 200's. put some new bindings on them. this was maybe 1985ish when I bought them for 10 bucks. I have searched the k2 history but can't find the exact year they were mfg'd. late 70's i'm guessing? 1000000328.jpg

View attachment 247397It’s a 70’s ski, the K2 Three with Spademan bindings, a fiberglass race ski of the day.
I believe it’s a 70’s K2 Three, a fiberglass race ski of the day.
They did rerelease that top sheet a few times over the years.
Now popular lodge wall art.
The bindings are Spademan from mid to late 70’s.

Yeah, I think at one time they had a series of them, model one, model two, and model three. I’m not sure if that was a flex designation or what. I was a bump skier back in the day. Didn’t really follow Racing until later..
